Today my Mother in Law and I went in to this store to shop for wigs. We went around to the wig section and attempted to help ourselves; after a while, no one came to assist us, therefore I went to the front desk and saw a man standing there, I said to him, "excuse me sir, may I have some assistance in the wig section?" He totally ignored me. I asked him again and again and he still ignored me. It wasn't until another customer came up and said, "don't you hear her! What's wrong with you?!" He then turned and said, "I'm counting!" Then the two owners stepped out from behind counter and mumbled something in a foreign language. By that time, I was livid and told them how poor their service was and my Mother in Law and I left. I have never experienced such poor service in my life. And the sad part about it was, they didn't care!!!. I will never go back there again. Come to find out the guy who was "counting" was a vendor. I ran into him later at Holly's Supply Store who was very friendly and had a much better deal. He actually did us a favor.

Absolutely obnoxious. Have an elderly parent who can't come into the store and I needed to take pictures to bring back to her of a wig option. Was told it's their product and scolded for trying to take a picture. Was about to be a regular customer for both myself and my mombmom zero customer service, kindness or compassion was extended. This was literally my first time in the store.

Rip off. Lee is very rude. Won't spend no more money there.

Just excellent all the way around. They have so much stock of everything. Hair ++. The lady was super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't feel like I was putting her out to go in the back to check something. Like other places I've been. Also, we all have hair. There's places that I feel I'm not brown enough. Not here though! Loved it!!

I would not recommend this for anyone. Very dissatisfied .I purchased a wig look like light brown it was grey only had a number for color with no description. So I gave them the benefit and order another one that actually said brown it was black. Waste of almost $80 for the 2. FYI Company will not except returns or give refunds. Which I can understand ,however I did not get what I ordered . Not to worry I will try to find refund explanations better next time. I couldn't find that info until I asked to return and that is when the return explanations were attached to the email. So beware of this company.

Really reasonable competitive pricing. Forget Sally's. Staff are helpful beyond the call of duty. Bought many wigs and human hair clips etc here. All high quality
