I just left 5/9/22. I came in for a simple nail fix (2). Not only did i wait an hour, but my tech & the Girl in charge had terrible attitudes.
-They don’t wash their hands or clean their stations in between customers
-my tech( short skinny dark guy) kept hopping up to take a call & fidget w his lighter. Not trying to be funny, he looks methy ????
- i had to keep reminding him to do things, (let me wash my hands) (put a top coat on my nails) (shape them, literally)
-obviously i asked for my TWO nails to be free, given the circumstances.
-they loved that ????, they all had a big laugh in their native language & charged me $10 anyways.
-i don’t consider myself to be a difficult customer in fact I’d rather leave but the Mood color i have is unique & difficult to find so i stayed & endured! ????
-the customer service i experienced was soo below acceptable. Ladies & Gents, the one on Doty Road infront of Walmart is soo much better with cleaner workers.

Ran in for a last minute, late Sat. evening Pedicure & Fill-in; excellent service! Prompt & efficient... My feet & hands feel great; @ $55, I'm reasonably satisfied????...
Went to get a full set and polish change on my toes and the older lady nail tech seem to have an attitude because I didn’t want a pedicure and proceeded to rush through my nails and put polish on so messy and rushed I had to asked for them to be re-painted. She took the polish off with more attitude and talk back and left me sitting in a chair for 10mins before somebody else came to polish my feet. That’s was so rude and completely unnecessary ! Not a happy CUSTOMER whatsoever!

Johnny does a wonderful job on my nails and he's the only reason I continue to go but no one speaks and it seem unfriendly and unwelcoming. Even though they sometimes speak in there native language which is perfectly fine. Be aware that people aren't stupid and know when your talking about them.
The absolute worst experience ever. The original lady that was doing my nails did nothing I asked. When I tried to correct her, she got mad. I asked for someone else to help and that's when my nail tech started throwing products and stormed out. Another nail tech fixed it for me. But I will never go back there.
I visited Lee Day Spa Friday to get my granddaughter's nails done before she went back to school on Monday. This was our first visit to this spa and LAST visit. They didn't give her the design she asked for. She mentioned that and nothing was done. I got a manicure, again this was on Friday and the very next day, Saturday, my nails were chipped. So I had to remove the chipped red polish with nail polish remover and it left a pink film over my nails that I couldn't get off. I had repeat the process over and over again using a brush to get my nails back to normal! I would NOT RECOMMEND this nail shop!!!
The place looked and was very unsanitary. All the tools looked like they already been used on plenty of feet. The guy who did my feet literally sat the feet scraper on the garbage as a holding station, ewww no. I saw no cleaning of the bowls as people were leaving and new clients coming. My daughter recieved a fill in and his finish product was jagged sharp nails on the side, had to get that filed again. I heard the owner does great work and they look like they have good clientele. I suggest a remode and sanitation training to better serve customers. I won't be back, the only reason I came was because of a gift certificate.
