Ive stopped here occasionally for wigs and regular hair products. I usually go right in and come right out!

Recently, I stopped in looking for certain hair extensions I've been unable to find elsewhere except online.

As I called my stylist to let her know, I over heard two workers at front ordering tacos from phone up front. I waited until they were done, to which I over heard the person they were ordering from over the speaker ask them to make a decision because they had other people in line. They finally did.

I then asked if they could come over show me the hair and tell me how much the hair I wanted to see was. The one lady decided, I wasn't worth servicing, so she ask me to pick any one and she would tell me from the register. Mind you, I was looking at blending hair so I needed more than one length and color.

*I also wanted to stock up because I haven't seen them anywhere else thus far, except online.*

She gave me an attitude looked at computer or register and told me what they range from. Only two other people were in the store and they both were looking for there own items.

This location seems to think people will put up with the lack of service and disrespect, because it's remotely the only one in the area. It's better they would close then go or people to deal with the foolishness of some of these workers.

I decided not to purchase my hair from here, but go to another new location that opened up somewhere else and get everything I needed from there.

I will go across the city, before I stop here again.

They do not give refunds or in store credit even with receipt. I tried to return an Empire Paradise Wave 100% Human Hair package because it was too short for a ponytail. The hair had only been removed from the package by the ties/fasteners. Everything, including the bundle connection and the hair nets were still intact and never removed, in the original package. He still refused to honor it. He offered me 10% off anything I bought today. I have always went to this store for my hair care needs for years. This was the first time I needed to return anything and this is what happened. I will never enter this store again. I suggest anyone that shops there, please keep this incident in mind in the event you have to return anything.

I've gone to this location for years and have never been disappointed.

The staff is awesome and very informed about the products they're selling. They have such great appreciation for their customers and it shows.

First time here, I came in looking for a bundle, haven’t worn extensions in 5 to 10 years and didn’t really know what I was looking for. I am a licensed cosmetologist (and very picky about my hair), Jose was able to get me the exact hair that I wanted with the texture and color matched perfectly!! I was able to get enough hair to do my hair twice, and at a reasonable price!

My hair looks so natural and perfect and I didn’t have to do anything but install the hair!! I am so thankful for this shop and Jose for helping me out, I will definitely be coming back!

I was surprised to get very rude and unprofessional service the last time I visited. I recommend shopping elsewhere:(

I love going here. They have nice and helpful staff great products and it has convenient because it's near Little Ceases and next to Kroger

I went to this Lee' s beauty supply store . I walked in thought the store was empty, spent 5mins.No body said anything didn't see anyone.Finally saw 2 people behind register a man&women.They did not say ,may I help you nothing.Then they were

busy talking, to their friend. They were chatting both associates at register.

So I asked the man where was an item,he pointed to the back. I. didn't,find

the Item ,I had a hard time finding a couple,of items,they would not come from behind,the register and help me ,both were talking Some kind of politics or something.

I struggled looking for several items. Still could not find the item, I asked the associate for.

So I had a lot of stuff took up to the

counter,they were still,talking to their,friend.

One could have come and ring me up.

(Finally I thought to myself why are you buying stuff from

these people they dont,care about serving you,they are giving you

BAD,CUSTOMER,SERVICE,You are better then,this.

Go some where else)

So,I left. Left my items on the counter. THEY WERE

VERY RUDE.
