I had a really really great experience here today. I walked in without an appointment, granted it was a weekday afternoon. I was immediately seated for a spa Pedi and gel Mani. The total ended up being $58, and I added a large tip. The place is very very clean and updated. I really enjoyed the chair and it’s really nicely decorated. Lots of people came in after me, but everyone was seated immediately and attended to. They were not short staffed at all! My pedicure tried in no time, and I had no issues with the polish at all. The gel manicure was really great. My aesthetician made sure that my nail links were all the same and she shaped them well. I’ll be back next month!

The worst customer service at a nail place I’ve ever received. I’m actually mad I still left a tip. Nails shape is not only crooked but all different shapes. Will NEVER go back here. Only went because it was convenient to where I get my brows threaded and my nail tech was out of the country. DO NOT COME HERE.

We’ve been going here for the past 4 years but since they changed the staff this place is not the same, and the manager is very rude. I will always call to make an appointment and I will have to wait an hour. My nails will always break and I would have to get them fix every week I don’t know if the use cheap equipment or if it’s something they do on purpose to have you getting them redone every week. Thank god I found a excellent place close by Kimies Nail Salon.

A group of 4 of us came to this shop today. I first would like to stage that my pedicurist and the woman who did my toes were amazing, but the manager was terrible. My pedicurist told the manager the Jets weren’t working in the foot soaker, and he ignored it and did not discount my service for their error nor offered to fix the situation. My friend kept getting burned by the UV light and she told her manicurist and he ignored her. We complained to the manager and he offered a $5 gift card total for out complaints. We explained that we lived in Alaska and would not be back, and he just shrugged his shoulder. I would not recommend going to this place, the manager has terrible customer service skills.

Do not pay your hard earned money at this salon for mediocre services period. The services provided at this nail salon was horrible. From the moment I walked in, it wasn’t right. I got a pedicure and full set. The lady who did my nails complained and told me not to get SNS anymore bc it was “too difficult “ to take off. THATS NOT MY PROBLEM. That’s what I’m paying for. She cut BOTH of my fingers with the drill and BLOOD was exposed.

The lady who did my pedicure did not soak my feet and she proceeded to push my cuticle back due to not using cuticle softener. So you can imagine the pain and cuts I have on my fingers and feet. I asked her to do these and she talked and laughed with her coworker in their language. Not of my request were met and I felt bullied into paying for services that wasn’t met. She also didn’t scrub any of my dead skin off my feet and nor did she soak my feet. Please don’t come here or waist your time with these people.

$113 for me to feel rushed and unsatisfied. I explained to the manager that my finger was bleeding, and he looked at me with a blank face like I was speaking in Antarctica language. NEVER AGAIN.

Horrible experience they charge extra for everything. I wanted a full set for my Birthday nails. The lady cut them extra short and then wanted to charge for length. They charge to shape, charge extra for french so many add ons when other salons provide this service. No customer service I had her remove the nails and left. Take your money else where. Go to Nail Supreme wonderful service. I will never return!!!

I have been going to Le's over a year now. Started in April of 2017 and I've been hooked ever since. Anna is my nail tech for my SNS (primarily what I get) and acrylic. Whatever my nail needs are, she is my go to. She is AMAZING at what she does! Whenever I show her a picture of what I have in mind, she delivers. I'm not always sure what I want and she is patient and helps me choose. Sometimes there may not be an exact color match but she finds something as close as possible and it works out/I'm happy. I highly recommend her! For pedicures, I usually book with Jenny. She is really detailed. Nina also does a great job with pedicures too. All in all, I have no complaints and look to continue my business here for my nail needs. If possible, I suggest making an appointment. They are usually always on time. If not, it is only a short wait.

This is my favorite nail shop I've been to. They always do their best work, and make sure to give you exactly what you want. I've been going to Emmy for over a year now! She has helped me grow my nails out!
