If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst manicure I've ever gotten in my LIFE. I watched as my manicurist completely forgot steps and then told me he didn't. He forgot to do a base coat. Then almost forgot to do a top coat on one hand and got glitter all over it. I could've have done my nails better. A child could've done my nails better. Not only are they messy and ugly two of my nails totally peeled off after I attempted to get excess dried polish from beneath my nail. And I was charged $56
For what? Your guess is truly as good as mine.
The entire time I could tell they were only trying to get as much money as possible out of me as my own nail tech second guessed all my choices and told me my nails wouldn't look good without gel. Well I got gel and they look horrible. They are supposed to last longer but didn't even last 12 hours..
The upgrade is nice but the one nail technician is shady. When she asked for a tip I told her I was paying in cash. She added the tip on my card and she decided to put what tip she wanted and didn’t even ask me and charged my card! This is the second time she did this. This place is nice but they just lost me as a customer. She filed my nails way too much and when another customer came in she practically rushed me. This is the last time they will get my business. My best advice is to pay in cash if you are going to go to this place.
Great customer service and everyone who works there is so nice. I have been trying to find a nail salon close to where I live and I’m so happy I found this place. This will be my go to nail salon from now on. My nail tech was gentle with my cuticle issue. I have thin nails and they suggested the perfect solution and my nails are getting more healthy. Def. recommend this place! No matter who you go to, you will be happy. ( also I’m not picky I just was looking for someone to help me out as my nails aren’t the greatest and they were wonderful about it) not to mention def recommend the milk and honey pedi!!
My grandmother and I had a pedicure scheduled and we arrived on time and after waiting 10 minutes the owner told us we had to leave and come back over a half an hour later because they couldnt do our nails. She said that because other customers added services the scheduled appointments were getting moved. I was sad because the salon looks beautiful and we wanted to try it! A shame they couldn’t honor our appointment. We would have stayed if we didn’t have arrangements scheduled around said appointment. I really don’t like writing bad reviews but we’re really bummed we couldn’t have our nails done even after having an appointment booked for a week.
This place use to be decent. Since they remodeled and have new operators, I have gone there around 6 times. The last few times have been bad, then I had one good experience. Went back and it was horrible. I came back the next day to get my nails fixed and they were being difficult. I won’t argue so I went somewhere else and paid to have them redone. I went today and it took nearly 2 hours to get cut down and dip. The dip was bumpy and mis shaped, the color was about 5 shades different than what I picked. It took another 20 minutes for the tech to paint over the nails so I didn’t have to go to an important meeting with bright pink nails. Now my nails are thick and bumpy and look like my 7 year old painted them. I’m sorry, I will never return to this salon. It is 6 minutes from house but I plan to find a regular tech somewhere else.
Les Nails has never been consistent, but recently the few skilled technicians seemed to have left. There are no visible licenses and it’s hard to imagine that their staff actually has undergone proper training.
I hated my experience from the moment I walked in and I chose to stay because today is time sensitive for me! They negotiated and countered everything I asked for without regard for what I asked for! I stayed but it was a constant chaotic conversation and vibe! Save yourself the drama and go somewhere else!

Update:The place is renovated and look really nice so I decided to stop by hoping the service will be different, nope I was wrong I got a gel mani and regular pedicure on Sunday, 2 days later(tuesday) my gel mani were peeling off,I called around 7pm and the manager told me she was too busy she'll call me the next day I said ok cool,she asked if I remembered who did my nails I told her no but I used my phone number to check-in, she said ok I will look in the system to see who did your niails and I'll call you so you can get them redone. I called her back on Wednesday, and Thursday they said she wasn't there, so Friday I called and she returned my call telling me she was too busy and I should've just came in to get it fixed. I said lady I can't just come in there without knowing if you've talked to the person who did my nails, she was like i am too busy and didn't have time to call me back. She kept saying I am busy I told her no problem I will post my pictures with my review.
