Terrible! The nail tech was rude. I was charged $27 for a polish change (not a pedicure) which was very sub par at best. When she quoted me the price her co worker exclaimed "Whoo!" as if she knew that was an outrageous price. After going there for years off & on ( & once contracting a fungus from this establishment) I have finally had enough. I will never return. I understand why it was completely empty when I walked in & they had their coats on. Do better guys!!! Do better!!! Shame on you!!!

This is how I left after 2 different elderly nail techs tried to do my nails. They said I cheated them by not paying full price!! Owner’s brother chuffed out loud when I asked him to inspect then argued with me over how great the work was. I tried to direct them how to fix it along the way. An 8 yr old could do better!! The brother told me I can’t see!! He told me not to come back as if I EVER would!!??!? Rude! But Why so sloppy & gloppy??!! I think $20 for this mess was fair.

I went here for a light pink shellac manicure. The atmosphere was great with jazz music. The manicure wasn’t to my liking really after it dried. It was gloppy a little. They did correct it the next day with no problem. It looks awesome!

Michelle used to have a great establishment however since losing several nail techs it seems as if she is willing to let anyone work. Just experienced the worst pedicure ever from her new employee who had no idea what she is doing. I am literally looking for another shop to repair the hack job! It is an awful experience of waiting hours as Michelle tries to toggle between guest and instruct her less than knowledgeable employee. What used to be a great establishment is unfortunately a sinking ship!

I went to MiMi she was very sweet to me. And she did a great job on both my nails and feet. Due to covid there was a great amount of social distancing and dividers incase you have to sit next to another customer an while they’re doing your nails . There is no over charge everything you pay for is worth exactly that I definitely will be back
