I went in yesterday only to be told an again I could not do the colors I wanted. Or the design. The nail tech I was with Vickie would not entertain putting down a white to cover up the very light pink and silver below. She cut my nails shorter than I asked and did not shape like I asked. There are bubbles all over the nails. I told her I have arthritis and she kept bending my hands weird and it hurt and when I would say something and laughed. My nails look terrible! I will never go back since they cannot listen to what the customer wants. It was suppose to be a light pink with red hearts and somehow it’s a darker pink so the hearts are barely noticeable and the pink is almost matching the red. Then she kept blaming me for them not drying when she barely let me keep my hand in there. I just ended up leaving cause at this point she was hurting my one hand too much and irritating me with her giggling whenever I tried to voice my concern. Honestly I should have walked out when she laughed at me mentioning the arthritis. Like what insensitive monster laughs over that!? For these reasons I will never go again which is sad cause I would go regularly.
They did a fair job. $50 for manicure. Not overly friendly. In fact the only time they spoke was to ask what you wanted and at the end to ask for your money.
Mickey did a great job. Not certain I got 10 min. of massage though.
Nice salon. They actually listen and do what you ask (i.e. they don't pressure you into using specific polish or gel like other places do)
I went to LeNails today 4/26 because it is conveniently close to home. I planned on getting a new set of nails and a pedicure. My technician started removing my nails with another plastic nail. I told her I didn't like that method and she said it's the only way to remove nails. This is an absolute lie. They use this method because it's fast. It is so painful and damages your own nail. She removed two nails this way and then cut through my own nail peeling off skin. I left there bleeding and in pain. Not one person apologized.

Amy is fantastic. She knew exactly what I wanted the first time I went there where other salons failed. I'm thoroughly satisfied with her technique and recommended her to my customers. A bit pricey but well worth it.
My wife and daughter come here often. They love this place. Some of the ladies don't speak much English, but they help each other out.
For the price ($55 for pedi), it's great. Wife goes on about their care and service.
