Jessica is absolutely amazing. She did my dip effortlessly. Customer service is top notch and the place is so clean. She was able to do the design I wanted without having to switch to gel which made me sooo happy! Already scheduled to come back in 3 weeks! Below is what I asked for and what I got.

Please DO NOT GO TO TIFFANY FOR DIP!!! I have been many times and it was my first time going to her. Her service ruined it for the whole spa for me. She continued to grabbed my hands, was not professional nor did my nails look any better, said thank you then realized she didn’t put any oil or lotion on my hands. My question to her do you think you did a good job, a 50.00 job and she said, “sorry”. Im done with Lavender Nail & Spa!

Love Lily and her staff! Even with increases due to the impact of COVID on supply chain, they continue to deliver excellent service. Yes, they're mine with a powder dip overlay. Holiday Ready!

My nails are beautiful and last 3-4 weeks with a Gel Dip Manicure. Eileen put a pink/white ombré on my nails that looked absolutely stunning. It looks almost like a French manicure with a blurred line between the white and pink. Loved the look as many many people did.

The staff is friendly and skilled in the art of Nail Sculpting, Nail Art, and pedicures. The salon is comfortable and clean. The staff members are accommodating and courteous; pricing is reasonable.

I have already referred 2 people to this salon. Excellent overall experience over and over again!

I really like this place a lot. Everyone was very nice, polite, and friendly. I was able to walk-in on a weekday and was seen right away. Hannah did my French gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Honestly she did a perfect job - she listened to exactly what I wanted in terms of the the shade, length, and shape of my nails (this has not always the case in my experience at other nail salons). Her work is very good quality - no bumps or ridges. She was efficient and friendly. I'll definitely be back!

They were super accommodating for me and my 5 year old granddaughter. They were able to get us in as walk ins however I was disappointed that my gel nail polish peeled off after 2 days. They offered me to return and have redone but I haven't made it back yet.

Stopped in this morning to treat myself for my birthday. I didn't have an appointment but it wasn't too long till I was taken to a station by an employee. I'm a virgin to powder dip nails but wanted to give it a try. I know nothing about the procedure and my technician barely said a word to me the entire time. ????????‍♀️ While she was grinding/filing my cuticles it was very sensitive and they are since very sore and swollen...it looks really nice and I'm hoping it lasts a long time.

Would have given less than 1 star. Horrible service. Please do not visit if you want nail art or if your are getting your nails done for a function. Do not provide proper suggestion for nail color or know to coordinate nail color between leg and hand. The staff is ill mannered and provide no real consultation service
