Old Chinese lady hurt me like she hated me! Although she did a good job but your nails are not supposed to hurt afterwards, she was filing my nails with a lot of force and hurt me multiple times… I almost told the manager to put me with someone else but I decided to be patient with her since she was not young and nobody else was available!
My first time in the shop on a busy Friday night and short staffed... John brought life back to my nails!! I've been getting my nails done for 20 years and just moving to Kissimmee finding a new nail tech was NOT easy! But John was kind, and made me feel like I'd been a customer for years! Well now he has a faithful client!! The picture does NO justice!! Thank you John!!
I went there 1st time for manicure fine but my nails omg!! After 2 days is coming off the color??? They fix it but now 3rd day is coming off again??
A lady did my nails and cut me so deep multiple time and it hurt for days and would start bleeding over again
Nicole did my nails and she did and excellent job I really recommend her. I also did my eyebrows, they’re awesome really good people to deal with. Awesome job guys. I just moved here and finding someone good to do my nails is hard. But they reached my expectations ????????????????????????
Only 2 hispanic girls there only for gel or fake nails, the rest are Asian, the asian lady that took care of me was happy making me bleed, my pedí was from a horror movie.. not sure why the name? Latin nails .. will never ever ever come back
I will never return to this place ????, my niece made an appointment for my daughter to do her nails with the owner named JHON (who also does nails) and he told my niece: yes, you can come at 7 pm on Saturday May 21, 2022. When I arrived with my daughter and ask for Jhon! They all look at each other's faces like pure Pendejos’, he said that He don't remember to talk to anyone about it, and my niece spoke directly with him; my cousins and nieces always go to that place and spend a lot of money in that business. I will never return, they will not see my money. 0 ???????? Bad service. X
