What an absolute gem of a place. Small but beautiful. Think bone China and fairy lights with amazing cakes! We had ham salad sandwich and scrambled eggs on toast which were lovely. Followed by chocolate cake, which was the best I've ever tasted. I made a point of telling them this and was informed that everything is made in house, which is even more impressive. Hot chocolate was delicious also. Their afternoon tea looked amazing. We will definitely be going back. The guy at front of house is so fabulously friendly and welcoming. All in all a lovely lovely lunch.
Incredible food and atmosphere. The owner has impeccable attention to detail and you can tell he cares so much about you having a good time. Can’t fault a thing. Will definitely be back for another afternoon tea. :)
I found this beautiful little tea shop when visiting very old family graves in the church yard opposite. The man and lady couldn't have been more welcoming and attentive. My sister and I shared a savoury scone and coffee in the morning. Both were absolutely delicious. We returned in the afternoon with my brother and sister-in-law for tea and cake. My brother and sister-in-law chose the same cake and said it was the most delicious cake of that type they had ever eaten. (Sorry - can't exactly remember what they had but I really don't think you can go wrong with any of their cakes). My sister and I shared a banana cake that was equally delicious. The man and lady in-house were so friendly and attentive and went into great detail about the food. We found out that his business partner made everything in the building next door. When we explained our reason for visiting the village they both showed great interest in our family history. When it was time to go we received an equally warm farewell. I can't rate this charming tea room enough. Only wish I lived nearer.
Just treated to a full tea at Lamingtons for my birthday. The food was superb. Best I’ve had. The sandwiches were so fresh and had a great selection, the scones were the lightest I’ve ever eaten and the cakes…. Delicious!
The cafe is warm and welcoming. The staff are very friendly. So we spent a lovely afternoon made special by the staff who even topped a cake with a candle and signed happy birthday to me. Such a personal touch that was much appreciated. It was my first visit but will definitely not be my last. Treat yourself… pay a visit, you will not be disappointed.
The absolute best cream tea in Surrey, it was an incredible experience! . The food was amazing, we ate and laughed for over 2 hours and still had to take things home. I have not been before and the other reviews did not mislead. This place and the 2 gentleman running the tea room were incredible, nothing was too much trouble. I am so coming back.
We stumbled upon this cafe after searching for good afternoon tea places in Redhill area and I would say this cafe is a splendid discovery. My sister and I ordered the salmon quiche, which is very tasty, in my opinion. We were served by Mark who had the biggest smile when we signed 'Thank you'. The cafe is also visited by their regular customers whom they treat like family. I definitely recommend traveling and visiting this cafe.

Had an amazing afternoon tea here today , highly recommend . The tea room is quaint and beautiful. The food was amazing as was the service. Can’t wait to return and try some of the other delights on offer.
