I absolutely love my nails! I had a wonderful experience with Tina today. She is amazing! Her husband B is super nice and so is Steven. I would definitely recommend them 150%!!!! I've been to many nail places but it's all about the nail technician. Highly recommend!
Worst nail salon experience I’ve had in my life. Tech was super rude and fast. Paid $35 for a pedicure that lasted 15min. When I asked her trim my nails she rolled her eyes. And she kept filing. I asked her to cut them and she finally did and looked up at me with attitude. Nail polish all over the place but not worth asking her to fix. Very sloppy job from start to finish. Save your money and go elsewhere. Truly rude staff and very lazy.
Every time I’ve come here, I’ve always gotten John, he is absolutely fantastic. He’s very nice and instead of agreeing to do a nail service that could have completely destroyed my nails, he persuaded me to try something else as to not sacrifice the integrity of my natural nail. They turned out better than I expected, as I was told at another salon that the particular method he used wouldn’t be right for me.
The only down side too this salon is the wait time.
Had my nails filled and fixed cause I went to another place and they never fixed the three that kept lifting. Very clean and welcoming place and employees are very good ask for the gentleman he did my nails and will be going back.
The older Caucasian female is rude and has 0 people skills. Laughed at me and made fun of how tense I was because I shake when I try to keep my hands still. When I asked her to fix the part of my nail she messed up, she laughed at me again and said you have that disorder what's it called ocd. My nails are lumpy and I have sticky reside all over my fingers. The whole process was rushed and unpleasant. By far the worst experience I ever had at a nail salon.
the first time i went it was absolutely amazing, i had a wonderful women do my nails. the only this was they kept taking people in & put my mom & i to the side to wait while we had unfinished acrylics being done to our hands so they could start there’s. the second time we went i had this older women who was so self conceited & she did my pedicure. i wanted the deluxe package & PAID for the deluxe package & did not get half of what i paid for (yes i know i could have said something but i’m not confrontational). then she went to start my nails & instead of doing acrylics like i said i wanted she started doing a manicure so i said something & she got so nasty & said “ you never said acrylics, i have customers waiting on me go over there & wait for another person to do your nails”. very unprofessional & nasty to the other women working there. not impressed…
My girlfriend had her nails done and experienced bullying and rude behavior by every staff member in the place. They ripped her off, were intentionally ganging up on her and laughing about it. At first she tried to be nice and complimented the person working on her nails. Then another staff person said “if you like the job she does, leave her a big tip” after a few more insults my girlfriend changed her tune and told the girl doing her nails how rude one of the staff was. She then let them all know they were rude and stared down the worst offended. She said this resulted in them all being quite and seemed to be afraid. She left and did not leave a tip. Nice job losing a decent customer. You people at LA Nails in Hamburg should be fired. Hamburg is a nice community and we care about each other. LA Nails should learn how to treat people with respect.
Great experience every time! I have been here a few times. They do a great job though and the price for nails is fair. Excellent quality! My new favorite place!!!
