Well, I was looking forward to a much-needed pedicure! I went to LA Nails in Bonaire by Kroger. I walked in and sat down to where they pointed. I already felt uncomfortable and I wasn’t greeted or anything. I asked for a pedicure and manicure with possibly SNS nails. I decided to only get a pedicure and manicure. Well, one girl was not happy about my decision and started talking about me! They were rude!! They spoke in their language, making the same comments I said when I changed my mind BEFORE they started my nails. Laughing and stomping around, grabbing my hand to do the manicure. I will not return!! I will not recommend and I will go out of my way to let people know not to go there!

We called about 30 minutes before closing to see if they would take us for a manicure and pedicure and we were ten minutes away. They accommodated us. We got there and the employees were very pleasant, conversational, detailed, and took their time. I haven’t received that kind of service at another nail salon in this area before. Thank you!
That was the quickest pedicure I’ve ever received. She cut my toes down to the skin, and she was also very ruff. She also barely scrubbed my feet. I did leave a $10 tip and I got the regular pedicure with gel polish.
This place is unsanitary. The lady who waxed me double dipped in the wax pot multiple times…she only used one stick for my entire brow wax going back and forth from my face to the wax pot multiple times. That is unsanitary and just nasty. She was too rough and caused my skin to tear with the wax. then she was rude when I wanted to pay with card instead of cash. Then stood over me and would not give me my card back till i signed the receipt with her tip. I will not go back here.
Easily the worst mani/pedi I have had in 10 years. Cuticles were painted over, nails were not shaped, everything was super sloppy. I think after I declined the upsell the technician checked out. She became noticeably annoyed and shuffled me out with subpar service. Once I saw the shoddy job on my toes, I just had her take off the polish and manicure my hands. I figured she could save me that service and I would just paint at home......no such luck. Shoddy work again and I had to ask her to come back and put the base coat on more than 1/2 my nail. So frustrated they got 44 dollars for this work. But NEVER again!!!!!!!!!!
Customer service was awful this time. We get our nails done and the polish chips off the next day. LA says we did not put our hands under the light correctly. They should tell us what we should do if we pay this much money and we tip them really good. Tech took a long time and still the polish chips. We no longer will use this business especially since they blame us for the chipped GEL nail polish.
The owner does really awesome nails and the customer service was great. They took good care of us. He did the American manicure on my nails and they looked fabulous. The lady who helped my friend was also very sweet and she did a great job on her nails as well. We will definitely be coming back!
