I have been going here for years. I went for a pedicure and they were not friendly and talked about customers as they left. The owner rushed through my pedicure and made my toe bleed. She brushed something on the area and proceeded to do The pedicure. When I got home my toe was in so much pain. I now have an infection and I am on antibiotics. I will not be returning to this salon. Sadly their service has gone downhill.

Worst place ever horrible service I was told $40 for a fill I was missing two nails so it was 10 extra dollars so $60 to get my nails filled which I was perfectly OK with I got there at 2:30 and was there until 5:30 and she wasn’t even done filing… She pulled them off more than once to start over because she did not know how to lay acrylic. Let’s just say after 3 1/2 hours I told her that I couldn’t sit there any longer with her taking them off and putting them back on she charged me $50 and they were chunky and I swear they looked better before I came in with half of them off then what I left with I literally cried… Also, she didn’t even paint them so I was sent home with just acrylic.. she told me to bring my own nails if I want them long and proceeded to yell at me horrible customer service I’ll stick with my usual at gloss nail bar????????????‍♀️

Nancy and Tara were very friendly and attentive to detail. Tara made sure to double check that I liked how the color looked, and the manicure itself was very comfortable when I’m used to them stinging. As someone who rarely gets their nails done, their work has convinced me to make it a more regular treat.

I've gone there in the past and been happy, I went there two weeks ago, it was the fastest and worst pedicure I have ever gotten in my life! I will never go back! They have these two young girls now, I don't think they know what the hell they're doing! When I was there there was one other lady and myself, they're losing business. And I can see why!

Very rude woman from the start and didn’t even finish my other hand, very poor experience all the way around. And was still charged full price for the trash service horrible work.

Used to go here all the time. But I went in looking for something other than just polish. I wanted a no-chip with a design for my wedding so I went in for a trial. THIS disaster was the result. Ugh it makes me cringe just looking at how bad this was. Was no where near what I wanted.

I love LT Nails. They always do a great job on my nails and feet. Excellent customer service. Peaceful atmosphere. As a Mail Carrier Im on my feet working hard. And let me tell you I look forward to my pampering and this is the best in Rockford I almost don't want to share this and keep it as my little secret. But sharing is caring
