I have been going to L & L since it first opened and I continue to be a loyal customer though I no longer live in Rialto. Lin and Ken offer superior service, always high-quality and professional. I appreciate how hardworking and honest they both are.
Walked in around 1 and didn’t end up leaving until 3 because of how long the wait was. However I did understand because they were taking their time (which I like to see) and plus others had appointments (which I recommend). It was my first time over there and they took care of you. I love how my pedicure came out and I especially love the full set I got (ombré) and they didn’t charge me as much as other places. Will definitely be returning
I loved it here!!! The owners were supper nice. I came for my birthday to get my nails done and the gave me exactly what I wanted, better even. And my little sister got her nails done too and she loved them and had fun getting them done. I felt right at home and will be coming here more often!
I've come here several times. Appointments are best if you don't want to be waiting long. The owner and his wife are so funny and nice. Gel mani last a long time. I've recently gotten a full set and love the way it came out.
Staff is very friendly . Reasonable prices. Beyond clean. The owner is always cleaning every time I go it never fails. His all about great customer service. I have been to a lot if nails salons and never came across to very clean salon. Please visit their salon you won't regret it. They are all about fairness there.
My wife and I moved to the area my wife was looking for a place to get her nails done and it was late Sunday afternoon and most were closed. We called L&L and asked if she could come in and Kim answered and told her he would stay for her. She was extremely happy with the great job he did and the fantastic customer service she found her new place which makes me happy also. Thank you so much Kim.
