I had the worst experience ever at this place. I went there today to get my eyebrows waxed and a manicure. I was treated poorly and the eyebrows tech was hostile to me for no reasons. I ask a few questions and started explaining how I wanted my nails done. I was interrupted abruptly and got asked if I ever got a manicure before in my life??? I WAS SHOCKED. I felt unwelcomed the minute I got to Kunia Nail Spa. I figured it might be something to do with my skin color. If you're black, you might want to AVOID this place. WORST EYEBROW WAX I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I REGRET SPENDING 15 DOLLARS FOR THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE AND AT THIS PLACE.
My husband and I came in for pedicures, and they have these gel pedicures we've never tried before and it was very cool! The techs were so friendly and they did an excellent job on our feet. I also got a manicure, which turned out wonderfully as well. They sent me home with some rose scented hand lotion which I love. We will definitely be back!
It was for the first time I've ever had a pedicure and it was the best thing I've ever had felt. She (marry)even painted my chargers bolt on my big toes. ⚡️
Girl Nikki does a BOMB ????????as ????????job ????????. No joke, never had I ever had a nail tech make my nails look so good. YOOO I literally smile when I see my nails because they are PERFECT!! She is fast, efficient, clean and gentle... worth it I promise.
Okay as far as services go, but they asked if we wanted extra coat without notifying us jt would be 25 more dollars and we stated our budget in the beginning.
I spent a reasonable price on a manicure and the design and shaping did take a long time , HOWEVER they took their time making sure the shape was PERFECT and they did their best to replicate the design I wanted, AND LET ME TELL YOU THAT THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! I will absolutely be back to have them take off and re do another set when the time comes :)
Called ahead of time to make appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait around the salon. Showed up on time and had to wait 30+ minutes to be seen. The gel manicure chipped within 3 days, she hardly spent any time on it and did it while I was in the pedicure chair. But the worst part was the pedicure. She ripped up the cuticles and made me bleed. I get pedicures every 3 weeks and decided to try a new place. Now my toe is infected
I was there today because my daughter treated me to get lash extensions , full set gel nails & pedicure for my birthday. I understand they have a limited amount of time to spend on each client but I'm not happy with the way they rushed through the services my daughter paid alot of money for. I'm also not happy with the results of my lashes. Obviously not done by someone who has been trained properly , if at all.
