Okay sending in a new review because I’m sick of local businesses (mostly nail salons) taking advantage of their clients. I went in to get a full set with a colored dipping powder and a pedicure. 2 and a half hours later and after a bill of over $90 I was not happy. The owner told the younger girl to do natural dip with gel over. That wasn’t what I asked for and her reasoning behind doing it was to save me money and protect my nails. But if I have to go back in and get not only fills with dip but also a manicure with gel, that’s not saving me momey. I’m now spending way more. And two days after my gel, the clear coat is completely jacked. Will never go here again!
I have been trying to find a good nail place for years. I have gone all over the valley and places keep messing up my nails and it’s incredibly frustrating to start the growth process all over. I stopped in KT’s randomly. Kimmi did my nails and they not only looked amazing but they lasted and finally my nails are healthy again. I just went back in for a second time and it’s even better. I highly recommend this place. They are family owned and everyone there is amazing.
Looks like press on nails and am not happy at ALL! They are pathetic looking and so bad. Looks terrible and paid 60$ for this :/ wowwww needs to be fixed. Still tipped 20% but this is absolutely not okay!
I liked this salon a lot, they did quality work and decent prices but the last two times I was there, one of the older ladies did my nails and she kept trying to talk about politics, about how much they like Trump and they hate the other parties, making some racist comments and asking me what my ethnicity is, she was trying to be nice and have a conversation but it just felt like a microaggression, very uncomfortable and unprofessional as I don't look forward to having political debates when I go to get my nails done, regardless of what their opinion is, I didn't ask for it and it just seems inappropriate. I will not be returning to this place simply for this reason which is really unfortunate because everyone else is super nice and pleasant, I don't want to take my chances with that lady again, I think her name is Kim, she should try to be more professional and polite and stay away from inappropriate topics such as politics, literally talk about anything else.
They are incredibly accommodating. Family run business, and so welcoming! Kimmy is so friendly and hilarious. They took care of our group of 4 on New Years day when they didn't even have to be open. I'm from out of town, but would definitely come back here again! And my nails look ????
All of them where so beyond nice and kind! They made sure we liked our nails and where very kind of making sure we like the colors we have chosen and very understanding! I highly recommend coming! They also do not have bad pricing either!

Was really disappointed the last two times that I went... The older man does a really good job with nails, but they won't win customer service awards at all. They are actually pretty rude talking in a different language to each other and but acknowledging their customers with even a your welcome when you thank them. They charge different prices then what's on their menu and when asked about it said oh you have to ask. Charge for nail repair for one finger nail as a whole set of French manicure.... very very sad.
