I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I was very upset with this salon. The owner was rude and disrespectful. I came in asking for help to fix my nail (which chipped a day before my wedding). They had an appointment available but she refused to help me since only one of my nails were chipped and she wanted the money for a full manicure. No empathy at all.
In contrast, I went to Leo’s Nails and they helped me immediately with excellent service and skill.
Owner or whomever answers the phone is VERY RUDE!! Tried to rebook an appointment and owner immediately told me no and hung up on me. When I called back again and to ask why, she states I had too many cancellations from a previous appointment that I couldn’t make due to the nail tech asking if I could come in earlier. Therefore, not a cancellation on my end.
Do better and have better customer service skills.
My daughter, husband and I have gone to Kristie and Dan for many many years. Sometimes the salon can be pretty busy but I always walk away happy with my experience
Its crazy to pay $40 for a fill in n get no massage n no good pampering service but ok watever but wats crazy is to wake up the next day look at my nails n my nails look like i need a fill in again... Higghly disappointed rite now cus now ive to go find another store n pay another $25 for a polish redo ... Smh My nail tech was cool n conversational wit me but soo not happy wit tis ... My sisters looks the same. Not fair at all.. I jst think for $80 we shouldnt have to worry bout our nails for at least a week.. Not the next days
I took my girlfriend here as a gift to treat her while we were in town. Seems like some of the reviews are a hit/miss with this spot but we decided to take a chance anyways since we were already nearby. We were greeted by Dan and Kristy/Krystal? who were actually very nice. The shop is very clean and well maintained. They even have TVs up on the wall so I had something to watch while they were working on my girlfriend's nails. She had a basic manicure and pedicure done which turned out pretty good. My girlfriend accidentally ruined one of her nails while it was drying so they fixed it free of charge. She's pretty happy with the end result. She said that it's better than most of the other nail salons that she's been to. They were pretty busy when we came in but you can tell that they try to get everyone done as efficiently as possible. If you're nearby, I would give them a try.
I have been going to this establishment for 10 plus years…they are the best and by no means racist! They welcome all Ethnicities and they treat all their clients equal! Dan and Krissy are nice as well as their whole staff. Would not want to go anywhere else! Best place ever!
I have been a patron for several years and have never been treated poorly. The technicians are always welcoming and extremely professional in addition to being very talented and skilled in their art. Especially, Elva and Sandra.
I recently moved to the other side of town and wanted to find a new nail salon. I was recommended to Krystal’s and I am so glad I went! The ladies were very nice and my nail tech took her time and was careful with my manicure. I went on a Monday around 4 and was seated immediately. The workers make nice conversation and my no chip mani looks great. I will definitely be coming back!
