An awful walk in experience in 2023.
They say they take walk ins, but they have no chairs or place to wait, or TV or anything, a sign says to wait outside? In January? For a half hour?
A poor value.
Clearly they are trying to offer a full service, but just a men's clipper cut is the same price as a shampoo, cut, style, rinse, towel and neck shave, if you don't want all that, they are going to get $35 from you anyway...
Behind the times.
The scheduling app for knockouts online doesn't work for this location (the staff told me they aren't really a knockouts, they just "bought the name"). A rough thing when you have to show up and wait outside in winter...
Then they ask for a tip. So, here's some tips:
Have a clipper cut rate,
get some chairs,
fix your online scheduling app,
take appointments.
Every other place I tried in the area is a better experience all 'round.
This place is amazing! The person that cut my hair was nice. I asked for a taper fade and the taper was amazing, Definitely recommend going to this place!????

2022: Knockouts is still superb! In the past with other hair salons, the stylist doesn't really talk to you. Here is different. My barber and I talk the entire time about whatever. She always does such a fantastic job with my cut. This time I decided to try a straight razor cut. Great experience! The shave was super close. Disposable razors are used so you will be sure to get an excellent shave every time. Amanda is awesome! Plus, the center it is in has a lot to offer: Delectable Egg, nail salon, Tokyo Joe's and plenty more. Easy to make a day of it here.
2019: Best haircut. So thorough. Perfect cut every time. Pre and post shampoo included along with a straight razor neck shave.
Only place I've been going since I moved to Denver 2 years ago. Amanda is the only stylist I use. Always feel good leaving here.
First time at a real barber shop. A little pricey but honestly, it was worth it. I think I look good and it was really relaxing.
The BEST HAIRCUT EVER! I’m from Eastern Oregon and was in town visiting family and just wanted a quick cut, so expectations weren’t much.
After my experience here I’ve search for a shop locally that can replicate the haircut I got here. It was that good! I was blown away at the attention to detail and the kick back atmosphere. Complimentary drink and the razor cut/finishing was above and beyond. I never before had such an experience with a haircut. i will always be searching for one in the future! Thank you! I went and saw Brittany at knockouts. She always does my husbands hair So I thought I wpuld trust ger with mine. I went in with a price in mind and ended up paying eight on what I expected. She did an amazing job with my color and cut. I will defenitly be going back when it is time.
