Firstly, if I could give minus 10 stars I would! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with the staff. Myself and my husband came into the cafe today for 2 jacket potatoes, a latte and a lucozade. The total price was £19.50p which i found very strange and completely overpriced especially as the price list boards were priced differently. I queried the price to the girl on the till that then started shouting for her Brother, which was totally unprofessional and embarrassing. He then confirmed a different price... all of a sudden the mother ran to the front and was shouting getting involved saying that the price boards have been incorrect for the last 3 years, that i should call the police and that she refuses to refund my money? I tried to talk discreetly and asked the staff to please refund my money as the food was not cooked and I did not feel comfortable eating any food on the premises. The mother replied with "I dont care I am not giving you any money back" as I had an appointment in the area we left as I would have been late. Sadly, I walked out hungry, embarrassed, 20pound out of pocket and very upset as times are very hard at the moment and I literally feel like I was robbed. I never ever write a review. Most definitely not a bad review but hopefully this does not happen to any one else.
Food is always great in here and they do a perfect mug of tea, staff are always friendly, place is always clean, highly recommend. Amazing
Just had a cup of coffee on Saturday afternoon. No food. Its a proper Cafe. Good priced Coffee which was really nice for under £2.
Nice breakfast and very good coffee! Value for money and friendly service too.
Nice local place to get a quick and easy sausage, bacon, egg or all three sandwich, roll or baguette. You can also get a variety of full breakfasts, lunch and dinner too.
Knaphill cafe is by far the best cafe I've been to the food is always hot if you like food I consider this cafe to be a good idea
Was looking for a Cafe and I am as anyone would be coming across this place???? menu was varied and the place felt relaxed, food I ordered was brilliant the cafe was clean, pleasant & friendly staff. Best relaxed hour stop/gem I have come across A+++++
Service was great food was even better would recommend.
