So disappointed in the service I received on 03/04/2023. I’ve been coming here for over 1 yr and they haven’t been the best, but this time my nails look horrible. I normally go to Gloria, but she wasn’t there when I went so I let someone else do my nails and this is what happened. I paid 136 dollars for a fill in and pedicure ????. This is utterly ridiculous, for these results. The nail tech charged me and additional $20 for this so/called nail art!! I won’t be returning!!

I got my nails done on Saturday… First, I was irritated because the nail tech was not listening to anything I was asking. The nails were super thin, uneven, and, overall, a mess. Then, my right pointer finger nail broke off the same day. They were closed on Sunday, so Monday I went to get it fixed. They were understanding and fixed it for free, which I appreciated (the reason I gave them two stars instead of one). However, it is now Tuesday and my pinky nail has broken off. I work from home, don’t do heavy lifting, and never had a nail break on me, so for a $60 set to only last four days, I’m highly disappointed. Definitely will not be returning and do not recommend.

I’ve been going to this place for about a year now. However my last several visits, each one has been worse than the last. When I started getting gel polish on my toes, I had two different techs do my pedicure over a several visits and each time they used different techniques to take the gel polish off. After about 4 pedicures with gel polish I started noticing my toe nails are noticeably thin, weak, and bending horribly. The techs do not use the proper or consistent technique to remove gel polish. Everyone does something different.

My last visit, I got a fill in done and my eyebrows waxed on a Saturday. One of the Kim’s took too much off one eyebrow ???? wasn’t too much I can do about it at that point. Henry did a sloppy job with the gel polish and made the acrylic so thin, by Monday two nails broke. I went up there for him to fix it. He replaced the nails, but the shape was off on the replacements and the polish was sloppy yet again. When I showed the manager, Ally, the “fix” she told me, “All you have to do is file it, it’s not that big a deal.” I spent my money with them for over a year for them to do it, so I wouldn’t have to do a thing, that’s not my job; it’s theirs. A day later the paint on one of the nails Henry “fixed” is peeling off. There’s a combination of shapes, but not symmetrical coffin shape like I requested. Yeah, that was my last time there. They don’t value EVERY customer and don’t expect you to call them out on their mediocre techs in that shop. And the rude remarks and careless words from one of the owners solidified the end of my business at that shop.

Patient, kind. Affordable. Great location. Satisfied with my nails. Full set (gel) and deluxe pedicure (gel) was $110.

Let me say your first impression is everything. I called based off of a referral and I wasn’t disappointed! Ta answered the phone I told him who referred me and what I needed and my appt was scheduled. I arrived 15 mins early and was greeted by his wife Ly who was super nice and pleasant. Five stars! I got a BOMB PEDICURE by Gloria! Gloria listens to you and executes! I love her and she now has a customer! Ta did my nails so beautiful. He handled my nails with care. I got a soak off. I wasn’t rushed or anything. Straight up first class care! Ly did the abstract art I showed her and got me together. This is definitely my new salon home. They have a VIP room as well. Check it out. The salon is beautiful, on the cleaning too! I loved how they were having fun, not uptight, playing their game, laughing and joking. I loved that. Thank you for the service. See you all soon.

Absolutely my favorite and only nail shop I visit since they have opened. Great customer service, Good quality work! I've gone a month with out a fill-in they grew out but no lifting whatsoever. The owners are GREAT and really just want you to have great experience. The decor is beautiful and the music is good, it's an overall wonderful atmosphere.

I came here yesterday at around 4:30 and didn’t have to wait long. The atmosphere is nice, the staff is friendly and the lady that did my nails was so sweet. But unfortunately, she didn’t remove the color all the way from my previous set. The polish was a lor thick looking and it chipped literally the next day. Overall a mess.

Little disappointed that the gel nails I paid $35 for are already chipping after getting them done Monday. I paid $55 for my toes. I was treating my family to nails and paid for the vip room which is an additional $7. The music wasn't turned on until I asked for it and they give you a bottle of white or red moscato so I would pass on the VIP room. It seemed like my nail tech rushed as well as my grandmother's. My mom's was friendly and took her time. I will be finding another nail salon as I paid over $250 including tip for 3 people. The business was clean and they followed COVID precautions. This was my second time here so I expected more of the same but I did not get nor ask for the lady who did my nails before.

Edit February 23, Never had gel peel off so easily before. Not sure what they use but it flakes off like regular polish.
