The young ladies there acknowledge your value, always with helpful suggestions that will achieve the results from your products and introduce new ones. Clean store, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful customer service. Kings Wigs in Rancho Cordova is always stocked and introduces new products. I enjoy shopping here. Although I do believe that the morning clientele and staff are more pleasurable to encounter than those of the afternoon and evening.
This location had more supplies than I even know how to use. When you first walk in you may think it's small, but it opens up. Also everyone there is very helpful. We were helped my Moon. She was working in the back, the wig section, but knew all of her merchandise. Give her a smile and say hello. Plus the prices are truly inexpensive.
Great. Lady in the back was very helpful with each customer but acknowledge that she would be with me. Give that lady a raise for sure!!!!! Will go back just because of her. Gentlemen in front very friendly. As I walked out another staff member said rhank and come back. I will be back. I was looking for hair product for my dry frizzy hair. I am white and needed help because they have a terrible selection at grocery stores. Coming back for sure. 5 ????
I occasionally stop in for lashes, love looking around at all they have crammed in there. Previous visits I have had bad customer service. However, yesterday was awesome! Thank you Kyra! My first time purchasing a wig. She was patient and so helpful.
Customer service was great but got home to put on my wig and the middle part ripped. I’ve been wearing wigs for awhile and that’s never happened. Called to get some assistance and no help. I really hate that because everyone was nice but my wig could only have ripped due to how she cut the lace and to not help at all is not good business so I will definitely take my business somewhere else.
I had a pleasant experience. The store was crowded but the lady was so sweet, she did not rush me or offer me products I didn't need. But made sure the products I did purchase was gonna help the effect of the hair style I wanted.
