This place is AWESOME , the woman was so nice her customer service skills are amazing and so are her products. I will say that they are a little expensive but I totally understand and since this is the only beauty supply place that carries products for black people anywhere near where I live (I had to drive and hour to get there) I am just happy to have found it and the products I needed ( I bought hair beads ,small rubber bands and stuff like that to put beads in my daughters hair) .And the lady was nice enough to throw in 1 free pack of beads ( probably because I bought so many lol????).
Kim goes above and beyond what a shop owner should. I love her and you can tell she loves her job I called one day right when they opened no one answered she literally called me right back 2 seconds later you couldn't ask for anything more.
Been going here since she first opened. They are very nice and if they don't have something they'll try and order it for you. Will recommend anyone to come here.

She is the sweetest lady and really takes her time to get you what you're looking for
I remember one time I bought a week g she literally sewd in the clips

I always come here for hair supplies, the service is perfect. If I need help with anything she’ll try and make sure she gives me the help, and has not one time given a negative vibe of how much time you take or the questions you ask. I recommend this store. Great products for great prices !!
