Not impressed at all. This is probably one of the most unattractive fill’s I’ve ever had. I called asked if they did French tip with acrylic white and pink powder and was told yes. Only to be told they don’t do that after he had taken off the top layer of acrylic. I walked out yesterday saying I’ll just get them done somewhere else and paid and left. You can still see the growth under my nails. Where the tech didn’t go down far enough on the white nail polish. When I asked for more white the nail tech told me “it won’t look right” and I also asked about glitter and he said they “don’t have glitter for The French tips”. So needless to say I probably won’t be back except for an eye brow wax. Or pedicure.
The place was clean which is a big plus and the last that waxed my eyebrows was very nice and I’m very happy with how eye brows look.
It was not a great experience for me this time which is sad cause this is my normal nail salon I go to and I’ve never had a problem this time I went and got my usual dip powder and I picked this peachy glitter color, when they finished it looked nothing like the nail in the book it was basically see through and looked yellow, they didn’t ask me if I liked it, and my nails were almond shaped and when he filed them i feel like he completely botched the shape of my nails they were no longer almond shaped and none of them looked that same they were very round. I tried to just stick it out so I went home and realized I literally just hated it and these were my birthday nails so I called and asked if I could come get them fixed and the person at the front desk was so nice and said yes, so I go back in and a different guy looks at my nails and I just humbly tried explaining the situation to him and he basically just said the nail in the book looks different because the dip powder is over a white nail, like I’m supposed to know that. When you pick out a dip color it should look the way you see it when picking it and not completely different and they shouldn’t expect you to know it’s over a white nail. And if that’s the case they should be doing it over top of white powder so it looks the way it’s being advertised, I ended up seeing the guy I originally saw and basically all he did was put that same color gel polish over my dip nails to make it look darker. He did THREE coats of gel polish and they looked super thick and even worse then before. So I just left and went somewhere else and had them completely taken off and redone. They didn’t make me feel very comfortable about asking to get them fixed it felt like a hassle even though there was no one in there. I understand it takes time to fix someone nails but for someone that goes in there consistently and pays $50 every two weeks too get there nails done you would just expect a little better quality and service. I am very disappointed because I did really enjoy going there but I will be going to where I got them fixed from now on. The teal nails is after I went somewhere else and got them fixed and they actually made them ALMOND shaped this is what they should have looked like.
Last week I went in for a fill in on my nails. The original nails were gorgeous and I had no issues (see picture of pink nails)! Beautifully done. The second time not so great. I’m not sure why, but the person who did my nails ground them way down to the point that they don’t look like acrylics. Never asked about length. It looks like I got gel nails. I asked for help picking colors based on a photo I showed them, but he just rushed me to pick my colors. I honestly haven’t had my nails done in years. This was my first time getting a fill in a long time. I just assumed he was doing normal filing on my nails. I didn’t know all the length would be gone when he was done. After 4 days one nail chipped, I went back a day after it chipped and they fixed it. The same day it chipped again, went back again and they fixed it again. A few hours later it chipped AGAIN! So I won’t be returning to have it be fixed again because at this point I’ve wasted a lot of time. I’m so disappointed ???? I wear gloves when I wash dishes and use cleaning products so I’m not doing anything to damage my nails. When I brought up my disappointment in the length I was told nothing could be done about it. If I could at least receive half off my next visit it might make up for it. This is the only nail salon I got to for pedicures, I won’t return for acrylic nails though. The pedicures are very relaxing and comfortable.
Update: I reached out on messenger to inquire about a refund. They said they don’t do refunds, but fix the nail. I explained that I can’t come in daily to keep fixing the same issue. No apologies of any kind at any point. Definitely lost a customer and this was my go to place for pedicures :(
I thoroughly enjoyed getting a Regular Organic manicure with gel color polish here. Kathy who did my nails was wonderful! The price was very good and was worth every penny. The salon doesn't smell much at all and the lotion massage on my hands was relaxing. I will definitely be returning in the future!
My new favorite! Such a high-end nail & spa. They're super thorough with all the details. They actually take the time to soak through your old gel manicure before they start the removal. They sanitize everything and the place is ultra clean. And they have so many gel colors you could choose from! Pretty awesome!
I got an appointment the next day, and so glad I did! It was a spacious, clean salon with great atmosphere. The staff was very kind and generous. Especially, Henry who did my nails was super patient. I really love soft pastel pinks with lovely details done by him. My nails last over 3 weeks and I'll def be back to refill soon!
I popped in here while on vacation for a manicure with two friends. I purchased a $35 shellac manicure (a great price for TN I thought) and felt they did a very good job. The nail shaping was very good. The Brazilian waxing was also comfortable and painless. I would not hesitate to return.
Everything around my big toe is not oil, it’s white nail polish. The technician didn’t use the foot file, barely touched my cuticles, and messed up on my right big toe twice. Instead of starting over he just painted over it again and again leaving all this residue around my toe without cleaning it up, just trying to file it away which obviously didn’t work. Not to mention he waited until after polishing my toes to do the lotion massage which was mostly oil and barely lotion. I’ve visited this salon twice in the past and received a great pedicure. Today was absolutely horrible, my pedicure looks horrible and I’m extremely upset! I get the same type of pedicure every single time I’ve came and this time the entire process was different and horrible. Will not be returning and actually quite upset I wasted my money here when I could’ve went else where for someone to do a simple white pedicure. Gel polish btw.
