If I could leave zero stars I would. Paid to have a basic pedicure, the guy rushed probably spent a total of 10 mins. I said I didn’t like it when I was there, they didn’t offer to fix or anything. I called after leaving asking if they could just fix them and they were very rude the lady hung up on me. When I got there the owner yelled at me what do you want us to do, so at that point I told them to just take it off and I didn’t want them touching my nails. This is what I got beware. Awful service!!! Also every time I have got a wax from them I leave with wax and hair that they didn’t get.
My wife went there today. Was not the 1st time she has been there. The women there were very unprofessional and rude to my wife. They act like they were mad and raised their voices. She will not go there again. Too bad they have no competition in Elgin.
I pulled up in my truck and was greeted by a lady walking out, she asked if I needed service, which was really sweet because she could have got in her car and left. She walked me inside to my seat and told the gentleman there what I wanted.. very nice people, and did a good job on my nails. I will be back ☺️ thank you KC Nails
October 28, 2021. I went to KC Nails in Elgin, while visiting family in Oklahoma. I was a walk in, and I didn’t even have to wait a minute. Tina did an amazing job on my pedicure! Lee did a beautiful job on my nails. I got the deluxe pedicure and gel polish. I got a full set of nails, also gel! Great service! Will definitely go back!
I had a great pedicure, however, they did a fill in for my mon very poorly, one of her nails broke the same night after we left. She went next morning to get it fix and they said they were too busy to fix one nail to come back in the afternoon. She went back in the afternoon (I went with her and they had employees doing nothing) but yet they said they were too busy. To come back later. Of course it was 1 hour before the closed and they weren't sure if the will have time at all. Later that night a second nail broke.
So, my overall experience was not great; it seems that if you are not there to get the expensive service they will not bother with you. PLUS THERE WORK IS NOT GREAT!
