My sons haircut was fine. However, they don't take credit card so I had to walk to a cash point. Fine. But then the haircut was not the £13 as stated in the window but £16 as it was "weekend prices" which are not displayed clearly anywhere. I was fuming, will never go back there and more importantly on Monday morning will report to Kingston trading standards their intentional mis-representation of prices. Avoid it.
Great customer service in this barbershop, and great haircut to top it off.
This barbers is not worth it at all the the barber can’t cut straight or level worst haircut ever had to go somewhere else to fix it never am I coming here again
Popped in on Sunday for a school haircut for my grandson. Got in a seat straight away. Everyone friendly and he got a great haircut.
Friendly staff however 1 or 2 people don’t really have the right manners which was a little disappointing to see as they didn’t respect privacy. I am not against pictures being taken, however to just take pictures and videos WITHOUT asking for permission was very disappointing to see. If you do go and want your privacy protected, only go to the main barbers and not the young ones
Haircut was so bad I had to go somewhere to sort it out, inexperienced, they see you as money not as a customer, Avoid at all costs
To be honest...the best thing in my experience was the friendly staff. The hair cut itself was disappointing.
I showed a picture of the cut I wanted - with a clear side and back fade - and ended up with a completely different cut where the top was untouched, the sides almost gone and no fade in between.
It almost felt like it was half done - maybe unsurprising considering it was the first day back after lockdown. Also the music choice was very questionable for 2021 in my opinion.
Three stars because the staff were friendly and the beard cut was good. However I would recommend elsewhere in all honesty.
