This was our first visit their customer service is horrible. The place is very small and I didn't like how many times the lady got on the phone. They did not make us feel welcome they yelled at each other a lot and the lady doing my daughter's nails was not very happy that she had to do her nails. We will not be coming back and I do not recommended to anyone unless you like to sit there and be treated poorly
I love going to this place but lately they've been doing a horrible job first I paid and my friend 65 for basic nails she got French tip supposedly that was at least 30 bucks Second I came back to remove my nails and they almost removed half of my real nail still made me pay full price I should've gotten it for free and I felt the right to not pay but instead I asked for a discount at least 2-3 dollars off they refused to give me a discount and two ladies hurt me at different times that day but yet my sister that got her nails removed paid less than me she didn't even get hurt. I'm very unhappy with the services lately.
Nails are not the same shape, dirty, dusty, rude. I was so disappointed. I should have waited for Queenies. I am in shock they legally open.
I gotten my nails done here a couple times and I have loved my nails each time. I like the skilled nail techs here.

I've been here about 15 times possibly more there's some people who lie in these comments so don't believe everything you read, I've came here since last december and its the only shop i know that does glow in the dark nails, and everytime i get mine done im in love with the outcome I've sat at pretty much everyone's seat.. The guy on the corner in the front by the door ... Jen...sindy and the other Cindy who does eyelash extensions... The ladies on the left & right by the atm.. And the two women in the back by the windows each time I've had a wonderful experience yes sometimes they might go a little hard with the drill but if u say "oww" they'll stop and actually hold it and massage it til the pain (burning heat sensation no actual pain) goes away. Ive never been afraid to speak my mind but when your getting your nails done its your job to let them know when it hurts... When the shape is wrong...when a nail is shorter then the others ...while they're doing your nails, its your job to analyze your nails... And each time they'll come out better take my advice and give this shop a try ????
I love this place, Mio is great she does a great job of recreating my ideas! Very friendly staff!
Myself and my daughters went to Hannah she was very nice and fast nails came out fab!
