The amazing quality service I receive every time I come here is unmatched. I Love walking in with a photo or a request of what I want and being able to trust that I will walk out happy with exactly what I asked for every single time.

Both Kelly & Kim have given me the most beautiful full sets, that last, and are just absolutely gorgeous. They have been phenomenal every time I come the consistent amazing quality service, the great attention to detail. Lucy and her great talent for hand painted designs are just fantastic! I highly recommend making an appointment because this place is alwaaaaays busy! I have already booked my wedding nails appointment months in advance because I just love their artwork and can't risk not having the most beautiful nails done for my most special day. Love, love love them!

First visit was a few minutes wait and service was good. The next time I made an appointment, and they had me soaking in the foot bath for 45 minutes without update, and just as i was about to leave without the service, they told me someone called in sick and they were very apologetic. Again, once they started service was good. Today I had a 9am appointment. The shop wasn’t open and i finally left after waiting 15 minutes. As a side note, they only offer Gel polish.

The worst place for a pedicure. Everything seemed fine at first. They put the wrong color even after I explained myself twice. However, the worst part way I left with 4 CUTS. My toes won't stop hurting and are supper swollen.

Very rude! My son is 7 and she tried to charge me $30 for his Pedicure! Make sure you check the price on their menu! Kids 8 and under are $13 for a pedicure! Then she snatched the menu out my hand when I checked the price and refused to do my nails! My pedicure guy was nice, but he messed up my big toe after an hour and a half of a pedicure and I had to sit for an additional 25 minutes! On top of that I’m pregnant and African American! I felt they were very rude towards me for checking prices so I can make sure I can afford the services! My feelings are very hurt. I will not return here! I don’t recommend it! I brought three other people with me and brought them a lot of business today. I couldn’t even get granted with respect!

This was the 2nd time I did my nails here and it will be the last. Nail lady went into my skin and tried to play it off. I had to literally tug my hand out her hand because it was hurting so bad. She charged me full price after having my finger non stop bleed. Never will I go here again.

I got eyebrow and basic nail polish done for my daughter. At the end it was time to pay and the woman informed me they were cash only, this is my 5th time there and i never have cash and I've never used cash. I always use my card. The lady forces me to leave my phone and makes me go get cash back from rite aid. She told me 25$ before going to get the cash back when I got back she raised it to 45$. I felt so humiliated and taken advantaged of i will never come back to this shop EVER!

Got a full set and had to go back 3 times within 2 hours, as my nails kept on coming off. So inconvenient and disappointed.

This place is absolutely terrible . The quality work is not good & neither is their customer service . I Got my nails done and within a day they were breaking . They were very thin and breaking at the tip. I went in to try and get them to fix it and the second I told them what the problem was when they asked what I needed the lady’s entire attitude/ facial expression changed instantly and she was rude. Told me to come back an hour later but wasn’t nice about it. As if I was the inconvenience, not taking into consideration that I paid for my service AND tipped good but now acted like I was a problem when I am taking more time out of my busy schedule to get something fixed they didn’t do correctly in the first place . Take your money and time else where . I ended up taking the loss and paid someone else to do it right .
