I'm not really one to leave reviews, but Michelle is AMAZING. I don't have enough good things to say about her. She is so patient and kind! She works around "terrible 2s tantrums" and still manages to give a good haircut while keeping your child safe. She allows them to play, eat/drink, or whatever else is necessary to keep them occupied while she works. She is quick, but thorough. She understands children and meets them at their level . We have FINALLY found our new hairstylist for our 2 year old. Highly recommend. Thank you, thank you, thank you! ????
First time coming here and we had a bad experience. Unprofessional haircut. We brought our 18 month old here for his 2nd haircut. As expected our toddler was scared. She rushed the whole time and left his haircut uneven and looked worst than before we took him. We still payed $15. She did not take her time to even out the haircut.
I hate to do this because we have been coming here for about 2 years, but lately she just doesn't seem to like my kids or want to cut their hair. I have tried for two weeks to get hair cut, I tried making an appointment, but could never get through on the phone, even after I left a message I tried calling back and still couldn't get a person. I then tried bringing my kids in, when we got there, I sat there as she ignored me for 15 minutes while she cut a boys hair and spoke to his mother (who was sitting next to me) after she was done with him she walked over to me and told me that she had a family with three kids coming so we could wait but it would be a while, but she wanted to let me know before I "sat down" and "settled in". She then repeated this making me feel she wanted us to leave. Apparently she no longer wants my money, also this same situation happened last time I brought my kids in. It looks like she only makes appointments for her friends, I've also noticed that she ignores a lot of costumers, so we are done, I will not jump through hoops to get my kids haircuts, I will be going somewhere that actually lets us make an appointment and doesn't ignore us. Unless you are a friend of hers don't bother bringing your kids here.
We just visited Just Kids Kuts and we are so happy. Today was the first haircut for our almost 1 year old baby and Michelle did it so easy. She is very professional and my Hero!!! She understood what we wanted for our baby's haircut and she did it. We really recommend this place and we will be back. Thank you Michelle you are the Best!!!!!
My son and I came to the salon as a walk-in and was told we had to wait an hour due to an appointment the stylist soon had. We came back a later day with an appointment, and the stylist was aware of our appointment. Instead of following up with my sons appointment that we were on time for, she chose to take 2 walk ins, and this made me upset as a mother. Will not be coming back. Appointments I assume are only followed through with some customers. Not very professional.
Awesome experience everytime! Friendly and polite. But most of all, you have the expertise of someone who is great with children AND styling kids - winner! All while making it look effortless. My little one LOVES the braids afterwards! I do recommend to call ahead and schedule an appointment as it cuts down the wait time.
Treated amazing for first time haircut for our son. Definitely coming back
Miss Michelle is wonderful. We have been cutting our son's hair since he was 11 months old. Have been to Miss Michelle 5 times. Our baby does not sit in one place, dodges and cries constantly. But Miss Michelle, even in such a situation, makes him handsome. It’s not easy to cut babies like this, but she does her job perfectly.
