I’ve been coming here for 20 years, best haircuts in this neighborhood, and ONLY $15. One of the biggest perks is they know how to cut any kind of hair. Ask for Carlito, he’s a magician with the clippers and scissors. Ana is also great. Then sit back and enjoy the music and rapid conversation and laughter in Spanish.
I’m always satisfied by the result even though I don’t pick a specific barber. They’re all good but the lady does the best job I think. The best feature though is the price. Can’t beat $15.
I’m not one to leave reviews but this place was recommended to me AND the reviews seemed decent....so I gave this place a try twice. First time was a junior barber... Second time I came prepared with a photo and made it very clear I’m trying to grow it out and I just want it cleaned up. I basically got a basic buzz cut with no fade. The absolute worst. Clearly you can only go to select few people for a decent cut.
It’s the cheapest place for a haircut in manhattan but three times I have gone and had the barber cut my ear or neck and cause me to bleed. The barber ignore the blood and cut and pretended that it was nothing, without even reducing the rate. Also I like getting to chat with my hair stylist while getting my hair cut, here, they ignore you and distract themselves by talking to other barbers. Very rude. Only rating a 2 stars because price is unbeatable.

This is the best barber shop in the world the guy near the window aka my dad is the best also I'm Dominican so I understand what they be talking bout and I know the type of music they play
The people are super friendly and nice. Janny knows what he’s doing and gives a great haircut, perfect fade and very thorough, quick and professional. Highly recommend for the price especially!
As good as haircuts you get in NY for three to four times the price. Janny is great. Because of the cost, I now go every other week just for a trim.
