I would give 1 star but I usually receive very good service. Before new management my every need was catered for, yet now, I make an order and ask for no peanuts and no tomatoes this what I receive... If you have an allergy, make it explicitly clear that it will kill you, I repeated I didn't want these ingredients 3 times over. Joy was pleased to see you come through the door and was, if anything, overly accommodating, with the new owners, the feeling no long resides.

The food was great, all cooked fresh in the kitchen which you can see part of it which I like!

However..... I placed my order on the phone and when I arrived I was then told that it was bank transfer/cash only, I would have rather have known prior so I could have transferred the money.

I was told to arrive for 6.50pm and I was still there waiting at 7.20pm.. I mean I did get a free bag of crackers for the inconvenience but I had a load of hungry people waiting back at home who were hangry by the time I got back home which was an hour later!

Excellent food, good portion sizes and a place to sit and eat.

We decided to try Joy’s for the first time. The two ladies were lovely and friendly. The food was very freshly made and tasted delicious. Will be coming back again to try something else on the menu. Thank you.

Lovely people and the food is amazing, and for me its cheap compared to a thai closer by so well worth the trip.

We were just visiting the area and fancied Thai. I would fly here all the way from New Zealand just to have this Thai again, it was that good. The price for quantity of food is amazing, it was all fresh and good quality and super super tasty.
