I came to this nail facility on April 21, 2022 and patiently waited to get my nails done for my upcoming birthday. I requested the same lady that I had the previous visit because I liked my nails during that first visit. However there were two ladies rushing to do my nails and going back and forth between me and another customer who arrived about 30 minutes after me (this was enough time to complete my pedicure). I stayed at the nail salon for two full hours. I requested to have gel nails. I paid for a pedicure and gel nails. My gel polish is peeling… I am not happy with the service because I work for my money and I EXPECT to have my nails done correctly by the people who are supposed to be PROFESSIONALS. I came back to the salon again today (4/26/2022) for them to correct it, but it will be an one hour wait. I’m tired ???? of wasting my TIME & MONEY at facilities that do not care how they perform! Please ensure you are doing your job right for EVERY CUSTOMER that is paying for your service.

By far the worst experience in a nail salon. I have been getting a basic mani pedi for years. Never have I had a nail tech tell me that we don’t do a good job for a basic pedicure. When she used the blade, I could barely feel her touching my feet. I asked her if she could do it a little harder. She said they don’t scrape hard with the basic service. I have never heard this before. The basic mani pedi is $42. When I went to pay before she polished my nails, she tried to charge me $44. I told her it was $42. She said only if you get clear polish. I have never heard of an up charge for regular polish. They were determined to get a couple of extra dollars. When she gave me my change, she still kept the $2. Charge what you’re going to chart to do a good job and be done with it. Why give the option of basic if you’re going to half a$$ it. Just go elsewhere!
I went to this salon to get a full set and Pedicure. The attached photos were what I got, they soaked them off and the man there offered to redo . I went back to speak to the manger and have her do my nails. As soon as I walked in she had an attitude I showed her the photos and told her this is what I got yesterday. She started to yell at me telling me she can’t do better that what was in the photo. DO NOT GOTO THIS PLACE.
She did a great job on my nails but I was overwhelmed by the lack of cleanliness in all aspects of this business… granted it’s an old set up, but it’s actual dirt every where from front store to bathroom. It needs cleaning new equipment/ chairs are tattered and torn throughout.
Re using same towels between customers is not sanitary!!!
Nail filings are imbedded in towel! I did not touch anything as I noticed the conditions even more as I sat… had I seen this before I would have walked out!
It would benefit them to clean disinfect paint and repair before seeing more clients.
Went for a gel manicure and a pedicure with gel polish as you can see I didn’t get a full set just simply gel polish for this basic work I was charged 95$ after being told previously the price would be 65$ in total now I tip usually so I was averaging maybe spending 80$ at most but I was told an extra 15$ was added to my total for gel polish after LOOKING AT THE PRICING SHOWING THE AMOUNTS FOR GEL WHY WOULD I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL FOR GEL IF IM ALREADY RECEIVING A SERVICE WITH GEL , baby they are struggling and it shows they will rip you off just to get an extra 15$ these days businesses lack integrity I won’t be returning and if you are going to go to this place be prepared to argue with the manager about basic math skills also I’ll be doing a full public review
Excellent, I think I've found my new Nail Salon! Sns and it looks fabulous. She was with and efficient. And they're open on Sunday!
They were so nice and did such a good job!
Horrible the nails came out so bad very frustrated that I had to pay $45 for this. I asked to be fixed and they would charge more horrible.
