Had an ANC. Called and had an appointment for a bridal party after hours. They were accommodating and agreed to stay open late. We were met with a staff for each of us, made our choices and sat SEPARATELY. The ANC I received was pretty but not what I asked for and now 12 days later falling apart. For this I was charged $80. Only for the ANC. The bride got a simple ANC and was also charged $80. They waxed her and ripped skin that we had 2 days to conceal before her wedding day. $280 for 3 manicures and a face wax before tip and the tips all have to come off now. 12 DAYS LATER.

I went to get my nails done here a few days ago.. 2 1/2 hours and $65 later (no designs just a solid color) the woman who did my nails kept leaving and doing other things like cleaning up a pedicure station, then couldn’t do a French tip. My nails are bumpy, uneven, and definitely not done properly. Do not recommend this place
I used to have such good experiences here. But after Saturday I'm determined that the service has gone downhill. I got a gel pedicure. I was not happy with the price being an extra 15 dollars for GEL when other places offer 8 dollars more. I also did not like how she (the owner) dug into the side of my toenail. I went Saturday and looked today at my toes and my right pinky toe was not painted. A gel manicire dries under uv light amd almpst instantly so i inow it dod not get wiped off. I have tiny toes and toenails as it is but there is enough nail to paint there. Im a teacher so after being on my feet all day my toe started to hurt when it would rub up on my shoe. I go to look at it while getting ready for bed and my toe is almost purple (same toe she dug into) that should not happen after a pedicure. I feel bad that my fiance spent 50 dollars on a gift certificate for me to go here.
Just got my nails done. Wonderful service and affordable. She took her time and made sure I was satisfied. 10/10 would recommend!!!
I always have a beautiful experience, but this time was even special. She did a Valentine's Day look and I couldn't be more inlove. She also did my eyebrows, and ofcourse they turned out perfectly! Can't wait to see what she does next time.

I went to Johnstown nails again this morning and they did an amazing job!
They exceeded my expectations and now have thin brushes for designs, I’m very satisfied.
I did a Valentine’s Day design it’s added on the phones is the pink with red and pink sparkled waves on them.
I love the design they did!
I came in early with no appointment because I forgot I need to make an appointment and they took me anyways which was awesome.
I also asked for this particular design, which I had previously asked for in another nail salon in Gloversville but they laughed and said the design was too complicated, but at this nail salon the women said she will try her best to get it like the picture I showed her.
I said thats fine and thanks for trying.
I loved that they tried to make the design despite it being a complicated design with multiple colors. She also told me the price before hand so I wouldn't be surprised.
They did a fantastic job and chose the exact colors I wanted! She also chose the best quality nail polish which I love.
It's nice to go to a place where they value you and provide a high quality service.
The guy tried to grind my cuticles up so he could cut them with the cuticle cutter. It hurt so bad the whole time. The first three fingers bled because he cut them so close to my skin. I helped in pain several times so he didn't even bother cutting the cuticles that were already grinded up and barely hanging on. Then he proceeds to use a dirty brush to wipe away the anc powder on my bleeding hands. On top of that he painted the skin on each side of my nails. They look terrible. I'm just praying I don't get an infection. Thank God I didn't get a pedi
