Was looking for some red and green hair beads for Christmas but they didn't have them.

Grace swiped my card 3x times yesterday because her card machine wasn't working. I checked my online banking and it showed all 3x she swiped as processing. She told me to come back if it cleared and she would give me what I paid for. I came back today and showed her through my online banking that one of the Charges cleared and I was there to pick up my products which came to a total of $10.46. I entered the store at 9:50 am. She stated that she didn't not belive me and called the company she uses for her card machine who told her that they didn't have the money. I explained to the person she was on the phone with that one has cleared and the money has been removed from my account. So I decided to call my bank and they also explained to her that one of them did clear and I needed to get what I paid for. She calls her card machine company to tell them that the bank said it did clear. So her card company calls someone higher up in their company who refuses to talk to me. After they talk they ask to speak to me to tell me they need 3-4 hours to research to see what happened and that I should leave my card info with her so they can refund me my money. I said why would I do that if your telling her you dont see my transaction. None the less I had to file a claim with my bank who refunded me money. I told grace that she could tell them they needed to do no further work because my bank to care of it. She continued to try to argue with me about it not showing up. I eventually just left the store. THE OWNER OF THIS STORE CANNOT BE TRUSTED. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!
Liked the look of it and everything was neat even though they had a lot of stuff. I bought a magnetic wallet, moisturizing spray for my locs, and hair nets to wear under wool hats. I enjoyed the experience ????
This store is a hidden gem. They have tons of beauty products at very reasonable prices the other stores don't have. If you live around bellwood mush check it out the owners are super nice they are always polite & humble.
Store is well stocked with beauty supplies. Clerks are patient and know their products.
More expensive than the average beauty supply. Customer service was ok, nothing exceptional. The store is way overly crowded, hard to walk down the aisle.
