First time visitor. Went in just after opening so I was served right away. Great attention to detail, don’t remember last time I had a good haircut like this. Emphasis on quality, not how fast they can cut your hair but how well. Definitely will return.
Jills barber shop is the best barber shop on the island ! Skilled barbers that cut exactly how you ask. I personally go to Sam, however, ALL of the barbers are talented and friendly people. Only place I go !
This place is bomb! Best hair cut I have had in ages and best place on whidbey. Wish I would have found this place sooner, too many bad hair cuts from Ultimate Cuts or the base barber.

Jill's was very busy, they squeezed me in after an hour wait, didn't mind the time as they had great movies to watch, great hair cut from Anne R. I highly recomend Jill's.
Absolutely fantastic! Made an appointment and showed the stylist a general idea of what I was looking for. She took that and a little creative freedom and I got the best cut I have ever received . I wish I could rate this shop higher than 5 star because they deserve much more.
I've been coming here for years. When I was Active Duty, this shop helped keep me in regulation. Now that I am retired and have a beard, I come here to keep it shaped and trimmed. I brought my son for his first haircut here at Jill's and he loves it! Island life gets busy, so I recommend calling ahead for an appointment. Totally worth waiting for!
First time visiting. Amazed at the quality of what I got. I’ve been growing a beard for about a month and Nicole got me lined up (with a straight razor, which was freaking awesome) and faded it into a fresh haircut. Love the results. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!
