First time going there and I loved it. Called told him what I wanted and if I could come in last minute and he took me and my friend in. Very friendly. My nails looked better then they ever did. I will be going back and found my new nail place
Kim Loan was my nail tech today and my experience left me speechless. Pedicure was good, simple, and easy. The problem was the manicure. I have NEVER been to a place that removes gel tips with brute force. This lady PEELED the tips off my nails, removing layers of my natural nails AND breaking a whole nail down the middle. Her response was to patch it up with nail glue LOL. Afterwards, she didn't care to shape my nails before painting them until I said something. They would've looked like teeth unshaped. I had at least 1 cm of nail that I grew in thats GONE now. The whole 2 hours was miserable and insanely stressful. Go somewhere else.

I followed my nail tech here (Eileen). I gave the place a few months worth of a chance. Like many others have stated, the atmosphere is less than friendly. I was never comfortable, I felt like they stared at you and most likely talked about you as well. Also. I always felt rushed. I could never pick a nail design that had more than 1 accent nail, because there was never enough time. The only person who ever greeted me (besides Eileen, was the gentleman). My final visit, I was told I couldn’t use my debit card anymore because the owners preferred cash. I felt like my business wasn’t appreciated.
For everyone who has given this place 5 stars, We seem to be reviewing completely different places.
As much as I loved Eileen and the work she did, I made the decision to leave and have since found an amazing place that is super welcoming, very friendly and positive atmosphere. And get this.. after my second visit, they already knew my name and greeted me as such.
Love Jenny she does amazing work. Also the petite woman who does the pedicures does an amazing job! Never had a bad experience yet!
They have good prices and wonderful work! My full set with gel polish cost $65. They do take credit cards, but tips must be cash. ATM inside building!
My daughter and I decided to get our nails done before her bridal shower. My daughter had a very nice girl do her nails. I however did not have the same experience. I believe I had Jenny. She filed my nails noticeable uneven. When I asked her to even them out she was not very happy. Then my polish was bumpy. Again, not too happy. She continually told me to look away. I tried to be sociable but she wanted no part of it. She talked on her phone and wanted to finish as quick as possible. The prices are higher than most places. I will not be back.
Been going here for over 2 years and never had a problem until after quarantine. My nails have always been perfect and I never had any issues until recently. I got a full set and my nails were lumpy and completely uneven and crooked, I decided to give them another try and then my nails started popping off. I thought maybe it was me, so I went back for a third time and not one, but 3 of my nails completely fell off doing the simplest things like opening the car door or brushing my hair. Their prices also went up from coronavirus, but the nails I have been receiving are not worth $45.
The lady was very rude, you talk to them or ask a question and they look at you like your an alien and give you dirty looks!!!!!!! I asked for my service to look a certain way and it looked terrible!!!!!!!! I can't describe the rudeness tho they are VERY RUDE!!!!!!!! ITS LIKE THEY STICK THEIR NOSE UP AND THINK THEY ARE BETTER THAN YOU, BUT THEY ARE NOT!!!!!!!! I don't know how they get business because a couple ppl told me they are rude and ignorant people!!!!!!!! I'll take my service to the mall at least they treat you with respect!!!!!!!! Rude people
