We were actually at Upstate Nails. Very friendly, professional. We came in in the afternoon with about 8 people for pedicures and manicures. We kept them 2 hours past closing and they never rushed us. Matter of fact, when we left, there were 2 people left. I highly recommend this place!
The lady working was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They are the only hair store that sold wig canvas heads. The layout was easy enough to maneuver and I found everything I needed. The lady even gave me some samples of some products and I use them on my husbands hair and they work well! I’m glad I found them online because you’d never notice they were a hair store from driving by and the other stores and restaurants around it kind of make it disappear.
I ALWAYS enjoy my visits there...They acknowledge each one of their Customers every time they come in the Store(which for me is VERY IMPORTANT..) and The Owner is AWESOME!!! he is very hands on which is Rare to see....

I have been shopping here for YEARS. Anna knows me very well. I recently purchased some hair for an event and it had a horrible smell. They took no responsibility for the hair and wanted me to wait for a resolution from the manufacturer. I need to install the hair now. I will never purchase anything from them again.
