I got recommended from my old stylist to come here. I was worried my hair would be braided too tight but they're perfect! I had the ladies do medium sized box braids with half and half color, with the front being opposite colors. They nailed it and they're also super nice. Definitely coming again

What a fantastic experience. Not only are the prices reasonable, they are so nice. I found them on Google and because of the reviews I decided to try them for my box braids. I am in love with my braids! Not too tight but still neat and full. I'm so picky with my hair so I am very happy. I'm glad I have a place to go for my braids now! Will return.

I’ve been coming here for some time now. I suffer with chronic migraines. I explained to Sally she braided my hair so good, not tight but well enough to stay neat for wks - month depending on the style. I received so many compliments on my hair. I can’t walk down the street without people stopping me. I would definitely recommend to everyone looking to get their hair braided.

I've been getting my hair braided here for almost 10 years! The stylists at Jay's salon are versatile in protective styles. The ladies who work there are really friendly and creative. For the best result bring pics of your desired style. This store also sells beauty supplies and accessories: jewelry, sunglasses, & handbags. Walk-ins are welcome.

I haven’t gotten my hair braided in over two years, but really wanted knotless box braids. I had concerns about how full the braids would be, but Sali and the other women worked with me and helped to accommodate my request. My experience was very pleasant. The shop was clean and I was comfortable. The pricing was fair for the amazing work done. I will definitely be returning!

Highly recommend. They were pleasant and their work is neat. I usually ALWAYS have to go home and fix my hair I'm super picky with the ends of the braids and for the the first time I was very satisfied and did not have to touch my hair. They were also very fast. I have very thick long hair. And they finished my braids in 3.5 hrs. Thank you this is my new go to braiding place. Already referred my friends!

I called for a walk in. I got jumbo mid back Knottless braids with beads with a zig zag middle part. She started on my hair approximately 5:30 pm and then another braider assisted and was out by 7:40 PM. Eventually all three braiders assisted and I was impressed to get out so quickly ! I also loved that the main braider asked me questions and did accomplished the same style I requested.

They were super sweet and price was great. I paid $140 + tip ( I provided my own hair and beads due to my hair color). I would definitely recommend. They were quick and efficient ans I loved my hair. I got so many compliments.

There is also a train and bus right in front!
