I feel salon hygiene could be better. But I’ve been going here for years. I love Jamsine and I just tried Amy for the first time today- SHE’S TOP TIER???? not heavy handed either.
First time going, my brows was done wonderfully but I'm so not a fan of the threading process. It's really uncomfortable. Most def will go back but WILL NOT do threading again.
The technician sat the eyebrow pallet on my forehead while she worked. I had to keep asking her to remove it and she kept putting it back (my forehead is not a table). I had to ask her to wash her hands (they smelled like onions and garlic), to which she replied she had gotten hand sanitizer. They didn't tape up my eyelids, just told me to lean back and close my eyes. She used TONS of glue (I could feel it), and it took out my eyelashes. I should sit in front of this place and warn people not to go in.
I just started going here a few months ago, for eyebrow threading, after my daughter told me about the place. I love the work that they do. My eyebrows always look neat and clean.
My new to go salon for perfect brows. After a significant decline in service at my former threading salon, I’m so grateful to have found Jasmin! She’s working with me to keep my brows clean while they regrow from a botched job from an untrained, non-qualified employee at my previous salon. Plus, Jasmin is so much closer to my house. Thank you, Jasmin!
I have been going to the salon since I was in high school. I’ve been a very long time customer and I am extremely satisfied with the services I’ve received. The ladies know me and a little of my background so it’s always a pleasant conversation when I sit in their chair. My last visit was a different one, the technician who usually threads my eyebrows noticed my face was different. I noticed too, however, I didn’t pay it any attention until she said it. I scheduled an appointment with a dermatologist and found out that a had rash the was spreading across my forehead. I am very appreciative that the technician pinpointed that out because I would’ve have waited until the last minute to get something done. I’m glad I choose such an attentive salon for service. Thank you.

There were two ladies working. One was super sweet but the one I got was extremely rude and did not do any quality work. She left my eyebrows super thin. I have been working on getting my eyebrows as thick as possible for the past few years and she ruined it in a matter of 5 minutes. Not only that but she didn’t sanitize her hands. Normally I’m not the type to complain but unless you want your eyebrows to disappear then don’t come here!
