Olen käynyt tässä paikassa useita kertoja maksamalla 15 euroa samasta leikkauksesta. Eräänä päivänä he päättivät veloittaa minulta 20 euroa samasta leikkauksesta vain siksi, että hiukseni oli pidemmät kuin normaalisti. Heidän pitäisi ilmoita hinta ennen leikkaus, ei sen jälkeen.
Todella huono suomen kieli ja ammattitaito vähäistä. Minulla oli jopa kuva esimerkki minkälaisen haluaisin. Lopputulos ei todellakaan ollut hyvä.
Olemme aiemmin olleet tosi tyytyväisiä paikkaan, mutta ilmeisesti paikan työntekijöissä on eroja. Tänään vuorossa oleva parturi kuunteli ohjeet, ettei kasvatuksessa olevia hiuksia saa lyhentää kuin ihan välttämättömän sentin ja napsautti sen jälkeen PUOLET HIUSTEN KOKO PITUUDESTA POIS! Kun sitten annoin palautetta asiasta, kävi ilmi ettei hän ymmärtänyt sanaakaan ja toisen työntekijän tulkkaamana hän vain puolusteli ja valehteli kysyneensä määrän. Asiakasta ei kuunneltu, vaan parturi teki mitä huvitti. Tulkkaava työntekijä sen sijaan pyyteli kovasti anteeksi.
