Very rude staff. Will not be going back. We wanted to try a new nail salon and were very disappointed. Upon arrival we were met with ugly looks and bad attitude. The two male workers didn’t even chat much.. The whole atmosphere was just uncomfortable and unwelcoming. We kinda had to figure everything out ourselves. My younger sister was getting a cute cow print design. We showed them in the beginning and they said they could do it. One of the men got started on my sisters nails before mine. A little later a women got started on my nails. By the time my nails were finished the man working on my sisters nails barley finished laying down the acrylic. Then proceeded to tell us they didn’t have time to do the cow print. Which was upsetting because we showed them at the start of our appointment and he said it was ok. Then he had the nerve to tell us we had to call and say we wanted a design and somehow made it seem like our fault. The next day after my appointment my very white nails started turning brown. I do not recommend coming here.
Was in Wenatchee for business, called them to see if they had time for fills, they were able to get me in same day and did a great job. I really appreciate them squeezing me in, but more importantly they did an amazing job and I will be back when back in Wenatchee. Thank you!
I went in with a friend and we both got pedicures and manicures with gel polish. The husband and wife that work there are so very nice and friendly. They held conversation and helped us make choices. Our nails turned out beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the experience and product!
What a great place! I’ve been coming here for awhile now and I’ve been to a lot of nail salons here in the valley. Stephanie and her husband are fabulous! I can’t wait for my next visit. Absolutely love this place. Everyone is really nice, they take their job seriously and create beautiful nail designs.
Went and got a full set of french tips today. Some of edges started to peel up in an hour and a half. I didn't even do anything but ride in a car. Definitely not going there again. Might have to pay to go somewhere else to get them fixed.
I decided to give this place a try for the first time yesterday, and I am so happy I did! I LOVE how my nails turned out and I will definitely be back when I'm due for a fill!! I treated my cousin to a pedicure and she also loved it! Stephanie and Allen were so nice!
I definitely recommend this place very nice atmosphere did awesome on my nails 10/10 recommended
