I had acrylic nails removed and a shellac manicure. I haven't been to a salon in Tri Cities that has ever paid so much attention to detail on my nails. It was a phenomenal experience! I HIGHLY recommend this nail salon and will definitely go back ????
Horrible. The guy doing my nails was digging his nails in the side of my nail walls trying to get acrylic he had applied on my skin off. He left acrylic all over my fingers and had my fingers burning so bad. I would never recommend.. that’s not safe nor sanitary. The job looked messy and rushed. Very uncomfortable the whole time.. Highly disappointed.
Probably among the top three places in silverdale to get Acrylics. Always great service and friendly staff. I don't get color on my nails so it's just a short tip and an acrylic overlay. most of the length is my own nail tho.
Went to get my acrylic nails taken off, the guy literally popped them off. Got a "manicure" and this is the paint job I finished with. I asked the man to make sure he covered the whole nail with the top coat and he re did one that left bubbles. First picture middle finger.
In 2019 I was given a gift certificate for a pedicure. When the job was completed I handed her the certificate. She angrily scribbled on it and shoved it across the counter at me. I asked her did she want the tip amount. She shoved it under the counter and walked off in a huff.
not impressed. the picture on the left with the pink painted nails is the reference shape photo i gave to the nail tech. she asked me if a wanted the same length and shape and i said yes. the middle picture is what i got. they’re so tiny and they aren’t even close to what i asked for. the third picture is one of the nails up close, one edge is straight and the other one is more diagonal, not to mention the nails on the right hand and the nails on the left hand aren’t even the same length or symmetrical. i definitely won’t be coming here again
I came here for a manicure and it was so bad, I had to leave a review. I got a basic manicure with nail polish and at the end of the service, the nail polish hadn't dried off yet which was Ok but when it came to pay, I had to take my card out of my wallet and the nail polish came off! The nail gal just stared at me and didn't even offer a re-do.. she even helped me take my credit card out of my wallet so she definitely saw that the nail polish came off. Never going here again
Overall product was great. I did a deluxe pedicure and a full set w regular polish. Only thing I didnt like was the attitude the ladies had. It made the experience subpar. Not sure if I'll go back.
