I purchased a very expensive wig, the lady working behind the counter was rude, loud and not that helpful. She wouldn’t let me touch the hair, because she said it was “very expensive” I ask her how would I know the size of the cap? She just shrugged her shoulders. I bought the wig which was expensive and of course it did not fit! Not sure why I keep giving this place another chance. The last time I was at this store was almost a year ago, the gentleman working was very rude and dismissive. Definitely won’t be going there again!

I’ve been going here for years to get all of my hair supplies. They recently switched management and the new guys running it are even better than the last. Really great place to shop and pretty solid prices, I’d always recommend it.

They always hook u up. Love all the new hair options and new set up. Been shopping here for years, and can't say enough good things. They now even carry some Remy hair now which is my fave brand to work with! But there's more then just hair and hair products! Deff recommend!

Very nice place has a lot to choose from. I go there all the time to see what is new. I have bought about 10 wigs that I wear for fun or Halloween.

Rude owner. He yelled at me from across the store and was confrontational with my boyfriend. We were the only people in the store. I feel he could have handled us differently. He caused a very dangerous environment for customers. Do not buy from him!!

Call before you go in because sometimes you'll buy something and they won't have it any more if you've not been there in a good while. Make sure to call and check 1st before going anywhere these days, honestly.

They need to follow the hours posted on google. It says 9am for Sundays and I have been sitting the parking lot for 30 minutes and it’s still not open No one answers the phone numbers listed. Unreal!!!

Do not shop here!!! Your money will be better spent at a online hair store. The man at the register is a liar and deceiver. These type of scam artists should not be allowed to have business. It’s sad but it won’t last always. I went to the store and bought hair I was unsure of how many pack I should get I only bought one type of hair. This man looked me in my eyes and told me I could return my hair no problem and when I came back he said that was the only hair in the store I couldn’t return and that he gave me a discount. I did not receive a single penny of a discount. He didn’t even remember me he was just making up anything. He’s disgusting and I will never shop her again and I suggest you don’t either.
