I just recently started going to JD Nails when Jerry and Nina took over the business. Every time I have gone there, they have always been kind, and have done everything I have requested. Nina did an awesome job on my French Ombré, and every fill afterwards. Great customer service and will definitely go back to them!
Jerry was so welcoming and willing to do anything I asked with my nails. So professional! And My nails are so beautiful! I will absolutely be back!
My first visit but definitely not my last. The salon was clean. The pedicure I received was just what I look for! Bihn was gentle with my sensitive feet and very professional. The price was very reasonable.
Staff is rude, they always park in front of the shop where it clearly say "Customer parking only"
If they can't read the no parking sign who's to say they're following other protocols.
Maybe leave the front of shop for patrons not for yourselves. Typical shop owner making threats when a bad review is left.
She charged me 65 and I tipped 20%. She did not do a good job. I am not someone to complain either. Multiple times she walked away. The polish isn't comple.I will never go here again. Oh and I asked for ⚰ shape. She was convinced this is what coffin shape looks like.
Overall have enjoyed coming here the last few times. On my last visit I was charged $3 extra dollars for my 3 year olds pedicure because she chose 10 colors vs 1… not sure why it would be extra when we didn’t get a design? I was not told it would be extra until I paid.
I love this place! New to the area, highly recommended Friendlly clean no roaches.. lol jk in my Tiffany Haddish voice???????????? I will be returing,, recommending, Nina is a great nail tech, we have the same name, very pretty,welcoming... Jerry is bilingual, very funny..Love it
