I started shopping here 2015 and the owner is super cool and has my hair right every time and even cute wigs for a quick night out. But since 2019 a slimmer tall girl worker is so much attitude and always no this or that. Just not good place to get hair/products anymore... Sad if the owner sees this I miss your service.
Went in to buy some lashes and the experience was not that great. I was greeted by who i believe is the owner but once i was ready to check out, the two working completely ignored me. They were too preoccupied by their phones and it wasn't untill the 3rd time that one woman heard me and rudely helped me check out. I was in there for no more than 5 minutes and the entire expirience made me feel uncomfortable. Most likely, won't come back in ????
Very easy to shop as everything is marked, and there are plenty of testers.
The place looked closed, the open sign was not on but they were happy to help with any questions.
Im a regular, I love the owner and the service is great. However, considering this being the best location for beauty supplies in Modesto. I am very disappointed that the store is often closing earlier than the stated times.. Right now it is 6:30 on Thursday and I wasted gas and cant get the supplies I require due to the store being closed early. This is not the fisrt time I have pulled up before close and couldn't be serviced due to early closing. Whoever is closing needs to do better or the closing times should be changed if this particular employee is allowed to do so.

I do wish they had more options for Human Hair extension. It's either really expensive or really cheap for low quality hair... It would be nice if they had something in the middle. As far as prices go...
This place is selling “goof off” as extension adhesive remover. I’m having it sent to lab to confirm. But you can tell immediately by the odor and the lack of effectiveness that is is clearly the dollar store 1$ bottle of “goof off” they are trying to pass off as evehair.com
Product.I lost over half the hair on my head from using it today, I’ve used adhesive remover and it’s always worked perfect. I’ve never lost over half my hair removing tape in extensions like I have this time. They are selling the product for ?
$9.99, quite the profit. I’ve contacted an attorney and I will be taking this to civil court and reporting to the better business beaureu: if the terrible attitude The owner and worker arent enough, the fact they sell misleading and altered products should keep anyone out iof this terrible establishment. I’ll never step foot in the door again, I’ll also never recommend even my worst enemy to be a customer here.and to the owner… Ill see you in civil court I can promise you that.
That’s was my first time in there I did not know what I was looking for she doesn’t even help me see if I need anything I was looking and looking I did not know what I got for me. I wish she was more information about what I got from the store. So far just one time I will go back know I know don’t ask because the people the work there don’t care at all.I was asking question what I was looking for did not Willy till me much I was lost
I’ve been a faithful customer for at least five years! I love the customer service here. All the sale associates have always been kind and very very patient with me. I’m never rushed or felt like I was always to make purchase. No matter the amount I spent, I was ALWAYS respected. Even the owner shows concern to see if I’m satisfied Before I finalize my purchase(s). I’m so grateful there is a variety of hair pieces, colors, different grades of hair and above all WIGS!
