I wanted to like this place so badly because they were so friendly and they were so close and not too expensive. But I showed them what I wanted and they started off good (even though they weren’t even the right shape) they still don’t look anything like what I requested. I will not be getting my nails done there again any time soon.
I was in a rush and was in the north chesterfield area and needed my eyebrows done and lashes done. (Before my “sistahs) attack me I usually get my individuals done by a black women and they last me 6 weeks for a repair but she was booked! I came here march 22nd Wednesday and got my eyebrows done and individual lashes. My individual lashes came off after washing my face the next morning. And they were very itchy. Eyebrows was itching since I left. I came back the next day to get my lashes put back on and she tried to charge me 7 dollars ( I think that’s what she said) to replace my lashes.. so I explain to her I’m not paying that because this has never happened before and I’ve gotten my lashes done by other people including golden nails on airport drive and this has NEVER happened. Anyways she fixed my lash for free and I tipped her once again.Three days later which is today. I don’t have lashes on either of my eyes because they all fell out. I’ve Had strip lashes that’s has lasted 5!!! And my eyebrows suck! I’m not even gone waste my time going back cause she just going to argue , knowing she doesn’t know what she’s doing! Or still needs practice and won’t admit that.
I will say the price was cheaper than my other services… so maybe that’s why the outcome was bad
Umm... So I guess the owner was the one that serviced me. I had both a good and bad experience. Maybe I came in on a bad day.
I originally went to get my nails done but talked my aunt into getting her eyebrows done with me. We both loved our eyebrows. She did great... BUT about my nails... she stopped several times to do other people’s eyebrows which I was not happy with. On top of that, I felt my nails weren’t up to par.
My boyfriend even asked me where I got them done and told me I shouldn’t go there anymore because they were ugly. My thumb nail is lopsided which I’ll add a picture of.
My advice: good for eyebrows, bad for nails.
I really wanted to like this place but my experience was not good as a first time customer. For my pedicure, i had to request hot water twice and stare at a nasty garbage can and filthy tub while waiting. I was then saved by an older woman who finally ran hot water. I ordered the deluxe service which includes deep massage, hot stones, paraffin and higher quality products. First off, she attemted to service my feet with used buffers, file boards and scrubbers that looked old and dirty, I had to request she use new tools. Second, I never saw the "high quality" products that came with the delux service. She came out with a plastic tray that had product squirted on it but it could have been dollar store products. Anywhere else where delux service is offered, they bring and use the actual product in front of you so you know you are getting your money's worth. Lastly, after getting my nails painted and arriving home, I see the skin on my big toe peeling meaning the skin wasn't buffed properly. I left a generous tip because the older woman was so nice but I don't recommend this place if you are used to clean service dine right. . See photos
Tina was on FaceTime the entire time of my visit. Didn't listen to me as many time as I said LIGHT PINK and 3x had to wipe off "dark pink". Was also unable to shape my thumb nail to match the rest of my nails, claiming that one finger fo be "too fat." Can I post pictures? I'll show you...

I asked for a simple pink and white ombré and this is what I got.. i got a pedicure and eyebrows done. Those were fine but I feel that ombré is not her thing. I am highly disappointed with what I got.
I started with pedicure and that was fine but the guy filled my nails in use very little acrylic then I was trying to leave and lady said she would fix it and still looked horrible the way she painted my nails and the nail jewelry fell off once I got home. Got eye lashes done and woke up next morning they fell off and was on my face and pillow. Went to let her know and wouldn’t even give refund. Service was horrible won’t be going back now I have to go get new set of nails because they been popping off every since I got them done. Wouldn’t recommend them at all.
I got a pedicure and the price at the end was not what she told me. Less than 2 weeks later my toe nail fell off with a fungus. I will Never go there again when I'm in town. The owner is all over the place.
