This place is great! Super clean and organized! Everything is state-of-the-art and all dedicated to overall wellness. LT was very nice and welcoming. You can tell he really cares! Did my first full body Cryotherapy session and really enjoyed it. I felt so much better after! I look forward to going back.
I love this place! The staff is always helpful, attentive and friendly. They cater your treatment and recommendations to your situation and needs. I've been going here for treatment of my rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus, and the whole body cryotherapy has done wonders for my pain and swelling, when nothing else except high doses of medication have helped previously! I highly recommend!
Had an awesome experience here! Recently found out I have osteoarthritis of the spine. I’ve tried lots of things to help with the pain, but cryotherapy seemed to really make a difference. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and I really did feel better afterwards. I tried the full body therapy, as well as spot therapy on my spine. Highly recommend if you have chronic pain like me. Will be back!
I've been to cryotherapy multiple times now, and absolutely love it! I don't love being cold, but this just feels different.... Not really cold but invigorating! It reduces my post workout soreness and without a doubt I feel a big bump mentally! And the tech LT is fabulous! Highly recommend! Love it!!
I am so grateful for Innovative Body Recovery! I have really bad knees and they have been helpful in removing the swelling and pain. Their staff is professional and highly experienced. I would recommend them to anyone looking to maintain their body or help eliminate pain.

Went for my first time today and had a great experience. LT was super helpful and did a great job making sure i was comfortable and knew about the different types of treatments. This is a very nice facility and well kept. I felt better before i left! I will be back for more!
I've been going to Innovative Body Recovery for about 8 weeks now! I was so happy to find them via a Groupon.
The office is easy to find, and it's extremely clean inside :) // not mention it's relaxing! LT is always extremely kind and friendly when greeting clients/patients/guests and offers me water, tea and coffee every visit. While waiting (which is never more than a few minutes), they have large comfy recliners to sit in.
After getting B12 and Lipolean shots for a few weeks, I opted to try the @ntrecovery recovery compression sleeves for my legs before competing in my first CrossFit competition. These funky leg huggers assist in:

I play many sports like softball, soccer and I’m a runner; sadly I injured my knee. I went to the doctor and they gave me pain meds which didn’t help me in my recovery, it only masted my pain. I looked into other ways to help by knee recover and I found Cryotherapy. I tried the spot treatment and I was able to move my knee further than before. I also received a complementary compression treatment to help further my recovery. The customer service was friendly, professional and LT was very educated in the services I was interested in. I highly recommend at least trying this health service.
