I am very disappointed in the business practices of this establishment. I was looking for some temporary spray for my daughter's Halloween costume she wanted to be Coraline. So we needed blue spray. I found what I thought was blue spray and told them I had to go home to get my wallet as I forgot it and didn't realize this until I was in the store. I went all the way home came back so I could purchase the spray. However, within 10 minutes I returned because I tested the spray out on my daughter's hair (in the parking lot, do d not even go home yet) and it was completely invisible. The spray had a bright blue lid so I assumed the spray was blue. I brought it to them and I told them that I needed to exchange it because the color was not working they then pointed to a small sticker on the top of the blue lid and told me I bought gray instead of blue. I said okay no problem I'll just go exchange it for blue.. they told me I was not allowed that I already bought that one and because I had already used it, mind you I had only tested a strand of my daughter's hair.. they said I had to buy a whole new can. I explained to them that I didn't have very much money I'm a recent widow and that I wouldn't be shopping with them as I found that highly disgusting. This is just a can, it was not in any packaging and it didn't have any safety seal that I had to break. Therefore me swapping it out for the color I needed would have not impeded any of their future sales regarding this item. Stay away from here, they are very greedy and clearly don't mind taking advantage of their customers. Can you imagine turning down a child like this? So rude. I own my own business and I'm in sales and I would never treat a customer like that. I would say of course just go exchange it. Not these special ladies. Beware. Truly reprehensible. You too ladies that I dealt with should be ashamed of yourselves. I will not ever shop with you again and I will tell everyone the way that you treated me and my daughter. Unless you are doing something illegal I seriously doubt you will be able to stay open much longer because your customer service sucks.

Today I went to visit Innfinity Beauty Mart. This was a very random trip but, the experience was worth the random visit. The store is well kept, bright, greatly organized, and the staff was very attentive and helpful. I was not able to gather any names but, there was a very warm and friendly gentleman that helped me to find the products and even provided me with discounted options. Not many beauty supply business operate with the customer in mind and are more concerned with their revenue and, that is warranted but, to know that he would extend that offer to me (or I would like to believe I was exclusively told about these offers????) says a lot about this specific supply store. I received an additional 10% for following their IG page but - this was only because I chose the undiscounted product. The gentleman STILL did NOT have to extend this to me but, offered and I happily obliged. I don’t frequent hair supply stores often and I will be relocing my hair in a month but, my experience at Infinity Beauty Mart definitely is one I appreciated and I strongly recommend bringing your business here.

I was treated respectfully and wasn't followed throughout the store (praise God). The store needs more space and diverse inventory. Highly recommended.

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT THIS BUSINESS! Buddy’s Beauty Supply is just 2 miles away on Holcomb Bridge and is a waaaaay better store + they actually treat you like a human being.

The staff here is very rude and condescending - also not helpful. Their prices are also higher than other stores. No reason to support when there are other stores you can go to.

I really love this place. It feels great that you can actually try on your wigs now because there was a time during pandemic, you could not the customer services. Excellent the young lady even helped me with cutting the lace frontal for me. I’m since I sometimes have difficulty doing that. I love the service and the prices are great and it’s conveniently located like less than half a mile from my house.

The owners are so nice and they have so much to offer! Great prices as well

I've visited this shop several times. They have a wide selection of supplies and reasonable prices. I always can find my human hair wigs on sale. There is a big selection of synthetic styles as well. The people who work there are kind and practice good customer service. They always treat me with respect, which is important to me as a black female shopping in these places. This is my go to hair supply place now if I'm not shopping online.

The young lady is helpful, the owner is friendly, back to the young lady who done a spectacular job with cutting the lace????!!
