Great with my dog who is not the best with people other than our family. We always get the cut we ask for and they are very thorough with grooming as far as nail trim and ear hair removal. The only reason I can't give them a five star is because they're not open on Saturdays anymore and have cut their hours back so it's VERY difficult to get an appointment within a decent time-frame. You have to make your next appointment whenever you are picking them up from the current appointment to be able to get them in around 6 weeks. If you call to make an appointment, you should expect AT LEAST 8 weeks. That is the only drawback. Because I don't always know if I will be able to take him that far in advance and if you make an appointment and then have to reschedule, you are looking at another 6 weeks (if you're lucky). Otherwise I am very happy with this groomer.
I have nothing but great things to say about this business! My dog is so skiddish and shy and the patience they show incomparable to most dog groomers. She always smells fantastic for weeks after her appt! I will be bringing my pets here for years to come!
My sweet sweet Sissy Girl went in on a last minute emergency basis. I took her in and they saw how bad she is and they said NO! They won't trim just her face, and told us to come back at 6! Bless their hearts, they groomed her all over and done a lovely job with her! I gave them a decent tip, well deserved!!! No I won't take her anyplace else!
They do a fantastic job grooming your furry loved ones here. My one gripe is their practice of leaving the phone “off the hook” when there is no one manning the counter. Makes calling in very difficult. Expect to call multiple times before you get through.
Seen several groomers over the past 1+ years. Consistently do excellent grooming on my Mi-ki dog.

Stephanie did such a great job! My dog wasn't stressed out like he was at another groomers. Very reasonably priced and everyone there was so nice. I would highly recommend!
I took my two cats Kovu and Sassy to be groomed and they did a PHENOMENAL job, both of them look great and the service was spot on. Will definitely be returning and recommending!
