I have seen Tracy twice now! Both times she did an absolute awesome job on my nails! Both were total different styles and she did a great job. I also got a pedicure this last time and it was wonderful. The spa is very clean and quiet! I love that it isn’t insanely busy so you can enjoy the quietness. I’ll be back again!!
I don’t normally write reviews, but the experience I had here was unacceptable. The lady who did my nails was extremely rude and almost made me want to walk out. She was also rushing even when there was no one else in the salon. No one in the salon on a Saturday afternoon? My first red flag. I kindly asked the lady if she could make my almond shaped nails a little more narrow, but apparently that would mean my nail is stiletto shaped and it would be “too hard.” She spoke so rudely to me and acted like I was doing her a disservice by being there. I have been getting my nails done for 7+ years and NEVER has a nail tech ever made me feel a certain way for wanting some tweaks to my nails or spoke to me the way she did. Terrible service, terrible job, overly priced. I highly recommend you find another place to go.
If I could give this Zero stars, I would. This place was recommended to me by a friend. I had a face wax and she burned my eyelids SO badly - Never in all the years has anyone burned my skin, but she did. Did not even apologize and still charged me full price. Unprofessional, negligent and incompetent. Do NOT use this place! HORRIBLE!!!
Every single time i have gone here to get my nails done, the man who does it, HURTS me. He is way too rough!! One time i came in, i had a lot of damage on my nails due to a bad habit of chewing. At the end, he made a remark at how damaged my nails really were and how long it took and he laughed. It made me feel very insecure. Even the owner lady is rude, extremely unfriendly every time and she does the same thing, too rough and she hurts me. And their prices are outrageous. You’d have better luck going somewhere else. This place sucks.
I have never been more disappointed in a shellac manicure. I last minute decided to treat myself right before our vacation. I choose a light pink shellac mani. I have gotten shellac manicures for years prior to vacations and they usually last a good two weeks, sometimes a month if I trim my nails well. I got my manicure the day before we left and only a few days in, the tops of my nails we’re turning dark. My nails were breaking like I’ve never seen before. I don’t know what happened, but after hearing so many good reviews, I thought I’d found my new nail place. Sadly no, I won’t be back.
I love this place I will never go anywhere else l! They are so sweet and kind make you feel very at home! They do a great job on the pedicures and manicures, the art design is amazing all around a great place
I am so glad I was able to get in at last minute. Johnny was so great. He shaped my nails up quickly knowing just what I needed.
This is now my go to place for my nails! Great prices too!
Have been coming here for 2 years. My husband comes for a pedicure every month to avoid ingrown toenails. I love Tracy, she’s friendly and efficient! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Now that we are in Windsor, CO, we plan our mani pedi’s ahead of time!
