These guys are great the best in they all do a superb job I've been through for them at four different guys and they are all great best barber shop in town
I clean the windows there ones a week for 10$ and for the last 6 months I keep getting told next week Avery week and win I ask how come you keep saying next week they say if you ask again you don't have to clean them at all that they do it to help me like I'm not helping them as well. I get talked down to because they know I need the work evin if I get talked down to.
Ernesto got down on my nephew haircut, he did such a great job. My sister been looking for a barber that doesn’t mess up my nephews line up. He took he’s time & was patience with him.
Every time I go into this shop to try to get by boys hair cut it’s an issue. They tell you that they don’t take walk-in and that you need an appointment but it says walk-in welcome on the door. We walked in on a Saturday to see if they had an openings. We were told they were booked and we needed to make an appointment. This was crazy because there were 3 barbers in the shop and only on person had a customer in the chair. The other 2 were standing in the back of the shop playing on their phones. They all said they were booked so we made an appointment to bring my boys back on Monday at 3:30. Monday came around and we called up to the shop to verify the appointment. The person on the phone acted like we were getting on their nerves. I told them I had an appointment for my two boys at 3:30. They were like yeah you can bring them. We get to the shop to then be told that the barber that we made the appointment with is not there and we would need to book another appointment. At this point I was livid. My mom had a similar experience with them when she took my brother. It seems to me that they don’t like cutting black hair and that they are saving all of their slots for their Hispanic customers. There is never anyone in the shop but some how they are always too booked to cut hair when black customers come in. All of the barbers are Hispanic which is fine but don’t turn black customers away cause you only wanna serve a certain type of customer. It’s the only shop in my area which is disappointing. Now I have to travel 20 min away to go to a black barbershop to have my boys hair cut.
I was recommended to come here as my son needed a haircut. So I called to set up an appointment , i was able to come in next day. i don’t know if it’s just me but it’s a little nerve-racking being a female walking into a barbershop but I definitely felt welcomed and comfortable, i was greeted upon entering and asked to take a seat as the barber would be right with us. what I liked most is that its very clean compared to other shops. My son loved his cut and also got a candy on his way out! I don’t remember the barbers name but honestly taking a look around everyone did amazing clean cuts! I will definitely be returning !
Had a great experience at this barbershop definitely an eastside hidden gem! Took my brother for a haircut & now he goes weekly with barber Miguel . Appointments are recommended & a lot easier & convenient! Such a positive vibe as soon as you walk in!

I've been coming here for couple years now. I don't mind coming from across town to get my hair cut by this guys. They are talented, vibe is always positive, and always keep that good hospitality for customers.
Upon entering the establishment and letting them know we were there for an appointment, the Barbers all looked at each other asking who took the appointment. Three of them were hanging out in the back while two were with clients. We waited a little over 30 minutes. When my son was finally seen, he showed the barber a picture of what he wanted. I understand my sons hair is not textured and that it will not be exactly as the picture. However, the barber cut it way too short, not even close to what my son asked for. I had high hopes to finally find a place where we could go regularly but I was very disappointed. And as noted in other comments, the atmosphere is not very welcoming or customer service oriented.
on a positive note I will say the location appeared clean and sanitary.
